Final Payment w/group bookings!

I have a question. We booked with a TA as a group, then found out about ES rates, switched over to ES and still under the group. I have paid for my cruise, when can I print out my documents. Says its still on hold! Do I have to wait for the rest of the group to pay up? Just anxious! Thanks for responding! Sandy

I was told by Carnival that we had to wait for 60 days prior. We are close now, waiting to see if we are released from 'hold'.

Was told by our TA that the closing date on our group is Sept. 15th so hopefully we should be able to print then.

We've passed our closing date. I'm not really sure how it works, but we still are on hold.
