Sapphire Secrets?

Hi Everyone,

We are sailing on the Sapphire next week and I was wondering if anyone had any "secrets" to share ... spots, deals etc. on board? I heard that deck 7 is good for while we are in Glacier Bay but other than that?

Yes, Promenade Deck 7 is great. There are full loungers there so you can set and watch the world go by. Also, go up to Skywalkers (the disco). It is at the back of the ship and has beautiful views as well. The aft pool area, adults only pool, is a lovely area to hang out in.

I wrote this in 2005, but I've been to 2 more Princess cruises since then and I don't think much has changed on Sapphire. You can take a look at this thread and get some ideas on your cruise. Others can add to it when necessary:

there is a very intimate, semi-secret lounge in the back of the ship. If you go all the way to the back of deck 7 into club fusion, behind the bandstand is a spiral staircase down to the wake-view bar. Nice area.
