Embassy Suites Montreal

Recommended Posts

The location is fine. It's the old Montreal Star / Montreal Gazette building, but expanded. A bit of a busy street, but otherwise fine. Quick walk to the metro if you need it. Well lit streets.

(Please remember that I may be biased... I own a B&B)

Stayed there in June this year, rooms are amazingly large, with kitchen area,(large fridge freezer, microwave, sink, ect. ther is a dishwasher but it was bolted shut) seperate bedroom, very large bathrooms,(2 sinks, whirlpool bath) 2 tv's one in bed room & one in living room. ect. more like a condo than a hotel. only problem was the line up at breakfast for the buffet, was quite long. other than that it was fine. very close 1 block 5 min walk and you are right in old montreal, by the cathedrale Notre dame, & all the restaurants are a easy nice walk 10 min. there are taxis aVAILABLE IF YOU NEED ONE.
