Freedom cabin 8457 - aft balcony

The legend on the Carnival website for this room shows the room only holds 2 people. Have found out the legend is not always correct. Has anyone stayed in this room? Am trying to find out if there is the sofa for a third person.

 

Also was the noise from the pool area on the floor above a problem?

Here goes....

First this aft balcony is 1/3 wider than the rest!

We had the same cabin on the Freedom's sister ship, Valor last time. We loved it!

Now as far as sleeping three. You will have the typical twin/king bed. As far as I know, that only leaves the couch, and I'm not sure if it converts into a bed.

And pool noise is NOT a concern! Maybe a little chair scraping, but that's all.

We had an aft cabin on the Freedom last year in the Mediterranean and we LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it! As the last post said they are 1/3 larger balconies and just great!! There were 3 of us in the room and indeed the sofa converts into a twin bed. They of course dawn it with all of the great Carnival bedding so it is very comfy! Hope you enjoy the room as much as we did ;)

Ladybug97 - do you remember which floor you had with the aft balcony? The website shows some on 6th floor.
