I personally like the Bodden tours, you can pick what you want with them and I feel a bit more secure knowing they will get me back to the ship on time and the guides are great. http://www.boddentours.com/

they meet you right at the pier. I just booked with them for Feb, got a response almost instantly from them than a confirmation e-mail shortly there after.
