hi, we visited nha trang in feb this year. we walked into the town/city. strolled around, walked through the markets, bought lunch at a bar on the beach and ended up with some fellow cruisers at the yacht club (? not sure about name) where we had a massage. there's a couple of them park places, one accessible by a very long cable car over the bay. If you click on travelpod link in my sig you can read about nha trang and see photos. we had a really relaxing day and ail away was beautiful.

We pretty much did the same things as Pete. It's a pretty place but not too much that you "have" to see. It's more a of a day to relax.
