.......favorite dishes that the Cunard line introduced you to?

Mine are smoked trout, oxtail soup/broth and Salad Nicoise. I frequently serve smoked trout now but have given up trying to reproduce the delicious oxtail soup and Salad Nicoise that I first had on the QE2.

1. The chocolate layer cake on the desert bar in the Lido (QE2)

2. Rashers of English bacon.

3. The chilled fruit soups for lunch in the Britannia, which they would put in

a glass with a straw, making a smoothie, for desert.

Do they still serve the sticky toffee pudding on QM2? I thought I saw a post that said they no longer had it. I was really looking forward to it on my crossing.
