Family of 4 - need suggestions

We are planning a cruise on the Legand out of Tampa Bay. We are going to Belize and Isla Roatan. We like to snorkel. Which is the better place to go snorkeling? Would you recommend an excursion through Carnival or through a private party?

Do a search on here for Coral Breeze tours. They come highly recommended and Mark at Coral Breeze has been really quick and great at answering any questions I had prior to booking (or after). They have great beach/snorkel trip that swings through a manatee preserve on the way back to town.
