Does MSC Allow you to get TA OBC back?

On Celebrity, any unused OBC from your travel agent (not them) is refunded ..... either onto your credit card, or in $$$cash$$$ the last day.

Yes, more than gratuities. On one Celebrity cruise, for some reason I waited too long for specialty restaurant reservations and they were all booked up. We had a beverage package and had been to the ports before, so no excursions. We used Celebrity's OBC for gratuities and a couple of bottles of liquor to take home, but got all of the TA's (a couple hundred) back in cash the last day.

The last cruise it was the same.

Remember, Celebrity sometimes gives beverage package and $300 obc and if the TA gives you $300 + that's sometimes hard to spend.

If you are thinking that you will not use all of the OBC, ask your agent to give it back as a discount on the price of the cruise.
