My husband and I have the drink package, but I read a footnote that says drinks are limited while in port due to TABC regulations and full service does not take effect until we are in international waters. Will we still be able to get wine or beer before sail away? Liquor? I've been doing dry January, but all bets are off once I board the ship! Thanks!

Haven't cruised in a LONG time so I'm excited to be on Allure of the Seas on 1/22. I used to have to bring a power strip with me to charge our electronics. Have they upgraded their charging systems - more outlets and/or USB? Thanks!
