Just FYI, I was able to book Acropolis tickets today at the official HH website for April 26! I’d heard that they would be available on April 1, so this was a nice surprise!!!!!

Hank, we will be boarding in Civi in a couple of weeks and that welcome aboard glass of bubbly that we’ve been offered other cruises is such a lovely and festive way to kick-off a vacation and something I really look forward to! I really wish Oceania did this too.

Have you considered the Paul Gauguin? We’ve enjoyed it three times and hoping to go again. 

We also are using a George’s for Acropolis tour etc for late April. I was also having trouble and messaged them. I was told by Billy at George’s that we would not actually be able to purchase the tix at the official website until April. I think a new pricing structure goes into effect then. Hope this helps!

We were in the Viking Neptune over the holidays and were so surprised by the excellent shows each evening in the Star Thestre! Really great and a good variety of entertainers.

I would just move their stuff if no one appears after a reasonable amount of time.

It just shows “guided tours for individuals”. I’m sure they put us in a group, just not sure how large.

We are on the Neptune in 3031 now. Really loving the location!

We are not on the World cruise, but just on until LA. Met so many world cruisers and are kind of intrigued by the idea, so maybe in the future!

We are two couples touring in Rome for a couple of days pre-cruise. We are looking for a tour recommendation for the Vatican including the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica, both independent companies and guides or through the Vatican. A small group is preferable.

I just added Viking Air plus on Friday for our upcoming December cruise!

Ok, that’s what I was kind of wondering - if after SM started they’d just offer everyone wine/beer at lunch and dinner. Seemed like it would be easier for them. 

Just curious, are these Cruise Critic Meet and Greets hosted by Oceania?

We’ll at least they are making the cookies tastier now.

I think one would be more likely to get recommendations here, on the General Oceania forum, from those who have done that particular trip rather than others on the roll call who are also preparing to go.

Is it possible to bring a guest with me to the Aquamar Spa Terrace? My sister will not be in a Concierge Class stateroom and I’d like to bring her with me on occasion.

We’ve done the PG 3 times and just love it, once under the new ownership. All inclusive and lovely.

There isn't any "this particular itinerary" that is the same for all Med voyages, even those with the same number of nights or the same departure and end ports.

 

I can assure you that we wish there were "exact repeats" more often. 🙂   

We had what was, for us, a PERFECT itinerary in the Med on Oceania several years ago.  MIL got sick a few days before our planned flight to Europe... and we had to cancel the cruise and additional land trips we'd arranged before and after.  We can do the land parts anytime (and we've already taken care of one of them).  And we can do *some* of those ports, but even with 2 or maybe even 3 cruises, aside from more overlap than we would like, there's one port that is very seldomly included, and it was near a very specific destination I was hoping to show DH, who had never been there.

 

That cruise was sold out quite early; I still wonder why O doesn't repeat it!

 

Just copy and paste the destinations.  Most other CC members aren't going to try to guess which cruise you mean *and* then go look it up to find the ports.
