Does anyone know of a volunteer work type excursion near Amber Cove? I know Fathom Cruises has their own but is there any that people from other cruise ships can participate in? We are looking for reforestation, rebuilding type work.

 

If your looking for something more adrenaline oriented the best you'll probably do is like dune buggy rental, power snorkel, or one of the high speed thrill boats. You might want to try deep sea fishing or conch diving.

 

Have you done the power snorkel before? Was it a large group?

We really enjoyed the food on the Victory. Everything came out hot and fresh.

There was a buffet open outside by the pool that served hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, cheese sauce, fries, fruit and other toppings. This was open all day from what we saw. You can also get pizza, go to the big buffet or order room service.

The pizza place is always open 24/7 and you can always order room service as well. They serve lasagna and Caesar salad at the pizza place.

We sail in 11 days on the Dream with my dad who has never been out of the country and barely even been out of our state. I think he's in for a culture shock!

OK who can tell me why the gravesites are all above ground in New Orleans and the surrounding areas???

Because New Orleans is below sea level! All the bodies would just be pushed to the surface if they were buried! A lot of the grave stones are cracked and crumbling because the ground is just mush.

I have heard there are multiple docks in Cozumel. We are sailing the Dream in late March, early April. I was wondering if there is a way to tell which dock we will dock at. Any information is appreciated!

Hello! I am booked on early saver for our April cruise on the Dream. I noticed today that the Past Guest Sale and the Let the Sun Shine in sale are both around $50 cheaper than our Early Saver price. If we request a price drop and go with one of these sales that means that if the price drops again we cannot ask for a price drop because we wouldn't be early saver. Is this correct? Just need some clarification, any help is appreciated!

Does anyone have any information on a cheap deep sea fishing excursion for 3 adults. I'm not finding any prices under $600. Also if you have been what time of year was it and what were you catching?

I was wondering if room 8446 on the Dream is directly above one of the hot tubs. I've heard it can be super noisy if you are too close to them. Thanks!

Does anyone have any reviews on cabin 8446 on the Dream? I mainly want to know if it above one of the hot tubs. Is it noisy and is the view obstructed by them?

I cruised the Victory in February and the only sushi I saw was on the "Didja Ever" menu in the MDR. There was a couple different types you could try.

We are a party of 3 arriving on the Carnival Dream to Grand Caymans in early April of 2015. We are looking for a cheaper fishing charter with good reviews. It can either be deep sea or reef fishing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. All I am finding is $500 and up for a half day charter. Has anyone ever done fishing charters in Grand Caymans?
