Sorry, I don not like going and standing in line at Guest relations for any reason especially something that should be handled by the ship. Not a good way to start off a vacation.
Hopefully, the end to the vacation was better then? Or did the traumatic effects of this incident linger?

Ie: I tip my cabin Steward $30 cash, I remove 2 days of cabin tips from my bill and just write down 'leaving cash' as the reason.
Um, why?

Thanks. I'm guessing they haven't changed the menu since 2017 then? (and I believe many if not most of the items go back even further)

I think it's a disgrace Celebrity (and others) allow this widely disreputable company to take advantage of its customers.

The app doesn't show the menu for Blu. Maybe after I board.
Near the top of the dining screen, there should be a tab for "Main Dining". Blu is listed as one of the options in that section. Others here have suggested the menus are not really accurate until very close to if not the actual date of sail.

We do the same, cannot stand bloody Mary's with paper straws.
Drinking a Bloody Mary through a straw is a thing? Who knew?

I'm not a frequent cruiser but we have been under one of these vents on Reflection (1658) and were not bothered by it at all.

Have a look at these two recent videos - one's lunch, one's dinner.

I asked twice to have a wine brought to Blu that was available in the Ensemble Lounge. Wine staff not really interested in doing so. I ended up getting the wine myself and bringing it to dinner in Blu.
Thanks. So, to be clear, you spoke to the restaurant manager and asked could a bottle be brought over for service the next evening?
-
It would seem reasonable (to me anyway) that, should I find a wine I like in a particular venue which is not normally stocked in another venue, then a request to have that wine available in the venue of my choice with say, 24 hours notice would be honoured. Can anyone comment on their own experience with making such requests? Thanks

Very sorry to hear this. Heartfelt condolences to family and friends.

I am not normally impressed with celebrity sommeliers, we normally bring on a couple of nice bottles, sommelier on summit saw bottle and asked if he could try some, good thing was he then did not charge us the 25 dollar corkage fee.
Although I agree it may be a bit presumptuous for the somm to outright ask for a taste, it's pretty common to offer the somm a taste of something they find interesting. Spreading wine knowledge and enjoyment ultimately benefits all who love wine.

Do you mean does not apply to room service or the drinks in the mini bar in the cabin?
That is correct. I believe there is a new Premium Plus (Drinks and More?) package which does cover a scaled down version of the mini-bar as well as couple of other goodies. Several recent threads about it.

Door decor. Kinda tacky, kinda silly. IMHO. Cruise hallways need not look like the isle at your favorite craft store.

I have an opinion too but I'm wise enough to know that no one cares about it.

Thank you for asking I'm on the Apex in may 2020 so hope they have it by then. I have the Premium package first time ever with beverage package so happy about that. Enjoy your cruise. 😀
If not, they will surely have white rum in which case the drink is a caipirissima.

It's sad that so many feel the need to establish some degree of superiority by disparaging or belittling the way others enjoy themselves.
