  1. To clarify, I did mention on first questionnaire my wish to take a wheelchair (same as 2 previous cruises) hired from mobility at sea, I did not book the chair for some days after returning questionnaire.I did not take any screenshots unfortunately.
  2. Just a quick update, I did complete the questionnaire when I booked January, but never heard back from P&O (I have done this on 2 previous cruise). I then resubmitted the questionnaire in April at my wife’s request because we had received no confirmation of any kind.
  3. I booked my cruise in January paid my deposit, a few days later began filling the P&O cruise planner and onboard needs questionnaire.l have progressive Multiple Sclerosis, I can walk, not great and my balance is very poor but I can manage over short distances. While on a cruise I hire a transit wheelchair from Mobility at Sea, which with a little assistance from my wife makes my mobility much easier.Today less than 4 weeks before departure I received an email from P&O informing me that I can’t have a wheelchair for use on the cruise because all of the evacuation chairs are full. I never requested the need for an evacuation chair. In the event of an evacuation I would be able to make my way to the muster station, but having a wheelchair for use on and around the ship would make life so much easier.
  4. Hello, I’m looking for some advice, my wife and I have taken a few cruises over the last few years, now I’ve been told if I purchase so many Carnival shares I can get obc on my Carnival cruise (Carnival, P&O etc). I’m in the UK if that makes any difference. Any advice and suggestions welcome.
  5. Barcelona, palma ,Rome, haven’t decided yet!
  6. Is it possible to hire a wheel chair for a fly cruise? I know about mobility at sea but they only work out of Southampton, I’m looking at a fly cruise
