I was booked on the QE Sydney to Singapore which was cancelled by Cunard probably the same date as your cancellation. I received my full refund from Cunard back to my credit card last night. So about 10 days.

I would say that refunds will take some time. My voyage from Sydney to Singapore was cancelled and all I have received so far was an email cancellation notice showing a $2700 cancellation fee! I have since spoken with Cunard who said to ignore that notice so I am waiting to see what refund actually gets processed.

QM2 undertook a circumnavigation of Australia in February 2012 and again in February 2014.

Next year, 2016, QM2 will not be doing any Sydney/Sydney cruise. However, Queen Victoria will be doing an 8 night cruise to Tasmania and Kanagaroo Island from Sydney.

According to the Sydney Ports schedule, which is definitely subject to change, QM2 in 2017 is booked to arrive in Sydney on 25 February and back again on 2 March. This is an odd 6 day round voyage, so if it is correct might be a cruise down to Tasmania and back. In 2018, QM2 is currently booked to arrive in Sydney on 11 February and again on 9 March. As this is some 26 days, this might indicate an Australia circumnavigation cruise.

Hope this might help, but it is all subject to change.

QM2 now on her way to Sydney. Currently due to berth at the ungodly hour of 4am on Wednesday morning (GMT +11).

On our QM2 stopover the coach dropped and picked us up from around the casino, perhaps around Elizabeth and George Sts.

Hi,

I was on QM2's maiden visit to Brisbane in 2012 where we berthed at the Grain Terminal. On that voyage there certainly was a complimentary shuttle bus service into the city offered by Cunard for passengers. So I would imagine that they will do this again.
