While single supplement rates apply, you will receive double nites towards Diamond. Example, 1 person 7 night cruise, receives 14 credits. :-)

I sailed from, and returned, from Galveston. Only needed was a certified B.C. and drivers license. I agree with others, the key is certified.

Man at our table wore a guyabera (sp ) , some refer to it as Mexican shirt, I bought mine in Havana.

I was comfortable in a sweater. Are you use to warmer weather? If so, be prepared. Get tickets early. ;)

Thanks, that is why I, as a solo cruiser, have M :)

What do letters K L M N Q designate? An sure RCL has a meaning or them, thanks.

You would think that with all the advances in navigation, electronics, etc. that these guys could sail in and out in any kind of weather. Airplanes land in zero visability all the time. I realize these ships are huge and can't manuver on a dime but unless it's an issue of someone else running into them, Im suprised that fog is an issue.
I understand tugs had to bring in the ships. If so, perhaps they could also, push out. Then you have small craft to worry about. I think the harbor master makes these decisions. I'm going May 4.;)

Was on NOS last December, as others stated, variety of music. Will sail on NOS May 4 , but will miss the Dungeon. Shucks, am only 85.:D Enjoy

Y'all correct. RCL pulled out the Dungeon, added rooms near SPA, and other areas, hence more on board, or a "larger ship." I think the NOS is year-round based in GVS. However, who knows if a bigger, not larger, ship will visit. ;)

Can the port side lifts be used to get to rooms? Starboard is so crammed.:)

RCL offers a CruiseCare Cancellation policy, and a CruiseCare Travel policy. Google this, or call 800/453-4022 for more info. I'm not endorsing these, just providing info. ;)

Café Promenade, deck 5, open 24/7,and free snacks:) Tasty, too. Food is aft, entertainment, forward. Johnny Rockett's, deck 12, port side. If pool side chairs full, try deck 12, aft, found over 150. No trays in the Windjammer, and no spoons with fork/knife. Enjoy, I did, Dec 1-8 2013.

This will be our first time to Roatan. Can anyone tell me where Royal Caribbean docks? Is there a beach nearby? I was looking at Little French Key but with a large group it can get pricey fast. So something close, kid friendly, with loungers, restrooms and food would be perfect. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. We will be there on Navigator in March.
I used Google earth, Roatan. Might get closer by using Coxen Hole.

Love your sense of humor.:)

Google earth, Freeport. Move left (OK port) a bit, soon will find dry dock area.

In Roatan, ship docks port side to docks. In Belize, tied up 20 minute boat ride to shore on a tender. In Cozumel, RCL backs up to dock, which is some distance from the city. Oh, yes Roatan is 40 miles from the mainland. Enjoy, I did, and I'm an 85 year old widower!
Navigator of the Seas out of Galveston-- Good fit?

I think there are 2 formal nights, some ladies like to "dress up" in the MDR. The fun action might be on deck 14, as the Dungeon was removed. :-(
