Muster drill is over, the Captain is hilarious. We are back in the room.

My husband’s user name is Traveling-the-World, he had posted about us getting upgraded to Royal Suite from a sky suite for a very reasonable price and we are enjoying the room very much. We love our Butler - Stevo very much so far.

This will be my first live review of a cruise. Inspiration from Chicago Paul.

A little about us, My Husband and I are in our 30’s and our favorite cruise lines are Celebrity and Disney Cruise Line. This will be our Cruise #5 with Celebrity and our 2nd one on the Celebrity Solstice to Alaska.

Boarding process in Vancouver is very interesting to say the least and we were asked at least 3 times whether we were crew members...lol.

Once we got on, our entire experience changed. The concierge Calli was very welcoming and we enjoyed a very nice lunch in Liminae.

Our Somelier Victor, our waiter Bayou were both amazing.

Captain's Club points are earned based on the level of stateroom on the day of embarkation. They will gain Royal points, whether money was involved or not.

I really hope that is the case however the initial email we got, was that the only perk that we will not get is the additional captains club points, the person upgrading it also stated the same.

Reviewing a past Disney Dream Cruise

Day 1 - Excited to board the Disney Dream

We were announced on board with our names. Explored the ship a little bit before heading to the Cabanas

Lunch buffet was as good as our usual expectation.

Explored the top decks for a little bit

Enjoyed dipping our feet in Satellite Falls

Headed to our Stateroom 7626 which was ready right around 1:30pm

Very minor obstruction on the Balcony

Dinner is in Remy tonight at 6:40pm and will be having pre dinner cocktails in Meridian

That's great, both cruises! Wow that's a long time aboard! Derick and Arpan here 28 and 29 from Orlando, Florida. We haven't been on the Reflection before but have been on the Silhouette and the Solstice, so I'm sure it will be just as great if not better!
