I'm on legend of the seas for 28 days in November. My first B2B cruise. Doing Asia so expecting a lot of laundry and at $30 a bag thank god I have free OBC :)

Well I'm on the B2b repositioning cruise in November this year Singapore to Brisbane on Legend. So far most people have said what a great ship it is :)

So what time is it?

Sounds very complicated and fraught with potential problems all to save a few dollars which compared to the price of a cruise is not all that significant. But good luck with it.

Should be good to catch up :)

Thanks. I agree with making the most of it. Most gay cruises here tend to be group bookings on mainstream cruises. Would be interesting to do an Aussie one :)

Hi. JD from Canberra. National capital of Australia. :). Been on two cruises so far and booked on three more over next 12 months. Never been on a gay cruise but would like to. Just have limited choice here in Australia. Would have to travel overseas so a gay cruise becomes a bit of a holiday event and cost :)

I have seen the ultimate package limit had increased to $14.

What I meant was I'm sure it was built into the overall cost of your cruise.
Cruise companies are out to make a profit and one of their biggest profit makers are drinks. So yes you did not 'pay' for the package but I'm sure you are paying in other ways.

Very exciting on the Aussie cruise fb pages :)

I'm sure no cruise company offers anything for free :)

The prices are still ok from the Australian perspective. But then we do have a lot of tax on alcohol here. And of course the currency conversion rate does not help :)

Yet on the legend of the seas cruise in Asia during November this year they are selling the ultimate drink package at $23 AUD. That's around $17USD a day. Sounds like that would be 1.5 drinks at the bar :)

I could hardly tell how excited you are :). My next cruise is in November and yes I'm a tad excited :)

There appears no change to the RCI site Australian version. Looks exactly as it has always looked

Its Sunday here. And if you think out side the American experience the prices you are quoting for drinks are not that bad for an Australian . But then we tax alcohol a whole lot here. Its the conversion rate that makes it expensive for Aussies

As long as everyone knows how to queue I will be happy. Empty shops and all :)

Well sounds like I will have more room in the bars and pool areas :)

That is what i was told by an RCI rep. Apparently it is traditional for less money spent on drinks and more in the casino.
