I've had a similar experience. Cruise First certificate not visible/showing on my account (Cruisenext are there), but, can be seen by NCL agent over the phone. I asked for a screen shot to be sent to me because I don't have any "proof" on my end that they exist. I've been assured that they are working on fixing this issue (about 2 weeks ago now). I also noticed that some of my latitude points have also 'disappeared' ....grrr looks like another phone call to NCL on Monday. What is going on with the website/account issues?😣

I was on the Escape Nov.1 to 17 for the transatlantic and the mini golf was there. We played it.

I've rarely eaten at La Cucina and avoided this question. I know that under the rules of platinum dinners, I can have 1 appetizer, 1 entree, and a dessert, but, there is a Zuppa/Antipasta/Insalate section, and Pasta & Risotto section. Are these all considered apps? As a couple may we order one from each section? Enquiring minds want to know.... Or better yet, are they still letting plats use their dining certificates at any specialty dining venue (in which case, I won't even consider using it in La Cucina)?

Does anyone know if the viva vino packages are still available for purchase on NCL? It used to offer groups of wine bottles that could be enjoyed in any venue or stateroom. Haven't seen it for a while so I'm thinking it no longer exists.... Any recent experience? Thanks.

I will be on NCL Escape this fall and we will stop in Livorno (7 am to 7 pm). I'm looking for transportation to Florence that is easy and reliable (also more economical than cruise line prices). I've seen "Get Your Guide" is offering bus transportation from the port shuttle drop off to Florence for a reasonable fee and wondered if anyone has used this service before, and what their experience/thoughts might be. I'm considering using the train, but, I'm concerned with transport to and from the train station and cruise port (will taxis be available?). Any "recent" (covid times) experience/advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
