We booked this tour through our ship the Norwegian Bliss in a few weeks. I'll try to remember to come back and update you. I'm sure all cruise lines use the same local contractors. We try to book most excursions not through the cruise line but this is the only one I couldn't find local that wasn't sold out. And I booked in Feb for a June cruise.

Hey all! I haven't cruised post pandemic and this is my first on Norwegian with booking entertainment ahead of time. I'm leaving for an Alaskan cruise on the Bliss in a few weeks. We have dinner reservations at Cagney's for 5:30, could I make the SIX show at 7? My husband and I are not night owls, so I wasn't sure if the 9:30 show would be too late. How long does the show typically last? Wasn't sure what to do since I can now make reservations for the shows... Thanks!

**Update** I was able to make reservations (mind you times were limited) for Taste and the Manhattan Room for other nights by asking a NCL representative in the chat on the NCL site. It was super easy and took about 5 minutes. Already showing in our itinerary on the website. I know you do not need to make reservations for the MDR however I had seen several reviews of the Bliss and people waiting over an hour to be seated. With such a big ship, and I'm sure it'll be full in June, I didn't want to risk it.

That's the EXACT issue I was having for my Bliss cruise in June.

The Bliss allowed me to make one at Taste and one at Manhattan. I didn't realize you could for the MDR either but I saw a post from a few weeks ago someone had mentioned it. Sure enough I go to NCL's website and there it was.

Thanks that's exactly what I needed to hear. I didn't realize you could only book one reservation per restaurant ahead of time. Since it is just me and my husband it seems we will need to wait. Thanks again!

I just was able to make reservations for Taste and the Manhattan room but the website only allowed me to make one of each. Can I not make reservations for every night? I understand the flexible dining concept, however based on very recent reviews on the Bliss I'm worried about waiting in line for an hour to get a table. I'm on a 7 night cruise and have 2 complimentary reservations and 2 specialty reservations but was hoping to get something set up for all 7 nights. Thanks!

We are leaving in 3 short weeks to head to Alaska on the Bliss. My husband and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary and I was look at booking some type of couples massage on our sea day. Is it worth it??? What type would you recommend based on your experience with Norwegian? They have so many different types and all sound amazing (from hot stones, to seaweed wraps, to salt stones, to salt scrubs). Do we get access to the thermal spa for the day with the purchase of a massage? If not, what are the odds of us being able to sneak into the thermal spa after massage??? Only sort of kidding... Thanks all!!!

Thanks so much for the advice! I was hoping to get a day pass for our day at sea but based on your responses that doesn't seem likely. I don't think the weekly pass would be worth the money for us but will still look into the daily passes once on board.

Hey all! My husband and I are looking at doing a daily pass to the Thermal Suite since we are cruising to Alaska. How is the experience? Pros and Cons? If you book a massage is the thermal suite included? I'm wondering if instead of buying a day pass just getting a massage and having access that way. Thoughts???

Hey All! My husband and I are heading to Alaska on the Bliss in June. We arrive back in Seattle at 6am. We have family in the area that we are going to spend the day with since our flight doesn't leave until that night. I don't want them to have to come up to get us so early, so my main question is how long can we stay on the boat that morning? I understand they need to turn it over for the next cruise but I have never taken a cruise that came back so early. Can we at least grab breakfast and take our time to get off at like 8 or 9... or will they be kicking us off before then??? Thanks!
