I hope not. We were on freedom in April and still had the stadium loungers. I would be sad. It was a great pkace for people watching.I believe the Freedom class ships have moved that area to the top of the Sky Bar.Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

I like the dedicated suite guest pool deck area on freedom and voyager clasd ships! It is stadium style on both sides (and above the pool bar) with decent attention from drink service staff. Always available loungers. Only downside is the chair orientation is not really movable so you may not be positioned perfectly to work on the perfect tan.[emoji41]Not sure that would be considered a perk:(Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

We were on Freedom in April, and will be back on her in November. She looked great and is still one of my favorite ships.

Freedom out of Ft Lauderdale dining was 5:30 in April and also on upcoming November sailing. I assume when it goes down to san Juan it will resume the same 6:00/8:30 schedule that adventure now has.The early seating on Freedom is now 5:30? Is this a recent change? I made a reservation last month for next year and my cruise planner says 6:00.Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

We like deck 8 for its proximity to Central Park. If you like the pool deck then I would go with deck 12.
Agreed.

We were on Freedom in April and will be on her again in November. We absolutely loved freedom! She was refurbished in late 2015 (I think) I cannot say one bad thing g about her. I do wish they would push back traditional dining from 5:30/8:00 to 6:00/8:30. We prefer early seating but that extra half hour would be nice,.

We really enjoyed Johnny Rockets for breakfast and park cafe for lunch. If you are simply avoiding the crowd, wipe out cafe for breakfast is also a nice small buffet with made to order omelets

My wife and I were married on Adventure in 2015. I thought that I heard somewhere that their packages have changed and possibly even subbed out to external contact (could be wrong about that)
Nonetheless, for us it was perfect. We had A total 6 cabins and 14 people. We had the ceremony on the 1st sea day and arrayed to have the wedding cake brought to the table after dinner at our traditional dining time. I would be happy to share any other details you were interested in.

Pssst .. What is a hump Cabin?
The advantage of the "hump" is the deeper balcony (long enough for a full lounger) and the view of the view down the side of the ship. These were on Freedom (9638 I think)

I cant remember if AOS is the ship you can go outside towards the front of the ship from a lower cabin floor (deck 8 or 9) where a helicopter could land? Not many people new about it. You walked all the way forward and on both sides of the hall there were 2 unmarked doors you could just open and walk outside. Leaving next Sat. for our 3rd trip on AOS but it has been 8 yrs since our last trip. In fact we took our first cruise on AOS 15 yrs ago. Cant wait to see the changes. Feels like a homecoming.
What else would a buckeye do with an "H" on the helipad on Adventure, still in our wedding garb[emoji2]

BillOh, can you ask around and see if the rumor that they will convert the Viking Lounge to suites is true or not?
I hope not. Love the VL!
Thanks & have a great time!
Everything that I have heard recently, is that they still plan on converting cloud 9 & seven hearts into the new suites lounge. I am a little surprised that, given the extra time, they didn't choose to put izumi there. Personally happy it will be the suite lounge.

So, what will be the difference between the new suite lounge and the old CL? (Other than the location) will the concierge be in the new suite lounge?

I'm curious to know if they will do a refresh on the cabins? Also, does anyone know the details on the new suite lounge? Is it heading to the old card room?

I just don't get the method to this madness... Making us wait like this. Not exciting to me but frustrating.

Not that it couldn't be done better, but i complete understand why they draw the process out for several weeks. With all the fervor over Symphony being released yesterday and all of us foaming at the mouth to book the rest of the fleet, there is no way their reps or web infrastructure ciuld handle one release date.

Freedom going to San Juan. Adventure will take over the 6/8 from either Miami or FLL (My theory)
Sent from my iPhone using Forums
I like that theory. But why would they want more cabins to fill at a relatively cheaper fare? I know the 8 nt is also a little cheaper too.

oh, that's great, thanks! And I didn't think to ask the first time around, but any idea if the routes are rated?
Sorry, no.

Does anyone know how tall the rock climbing wall is and/or how many routes it has?
Not positive but I believe 43' and 3
