  1. Here is a video about it. It says it's an Eastern Caribbean cruise on Escape. I have no clue how they'd do that on a 3 day charter, though.

EDIT: Her video says it goes to Eastern Caribbean, but the info on the website shows it's GSC, Nassau, then back to Miami.

And there is more videos and info about it on the It Works Global Facebook page. And #itworkscruise

  2. No problem at all.

A lot of us prefer rooms near the elevators. Unless we are going for something specific like aft or large balconies, our next preference is to be near the stairs.

Sorry dude if you are near the kids area your probably going your a lot. That's okay though nobody goes on a cruise for quiet lol That is what a library is for.

I always try to book as near the elevators as possible (especially on the newer ships).

Never had an issue with noise.

Thanks! The family ocean view rooms are on 5. I have kids, I just didn't want a huge problem with noise at night (during the night) as I am unsure of this.

  4. This is probably going to sound weird...but maybe add a signature of some kind...a countdown or something. The reason I say this is that I noticed I started to get more responses when I added mine. And now I can see why...I sometimes find in the midst of all these posts with signatures, I end up scrolling right past the ones without a signature. Not on purpose of course...it just blends in too much sometimes. Just a suggestion. Happy cruising!

    Thanks for the tip!

  5. Sorry you had that experience but go back and interject something into the discussions going on....or ASK a question.

We are cruising on Indy on the sail date of February 14, 2015.....so I posed a question wondering if others thought they would do something special for Valentines Day....if I don't get some replies, as it gets closer to the cruise I will do it again.

I don't take offense if no one answers....it is months away...I say 'welcome' if I see a newcomer to the Roll Call....but I keep it casual. There is always someone in the Roll Call thread that feels more like the moderator....generally a control freak....fine for them, that isn't me.

But I have met some wonderful folks there that did make our cruise enjoyable. I can take a little work on my part....so be it.

Yes! I did ASK a question as well as introduced myself. I'm not taking offense that no one answered...Just replying to this thread as a different point of view or experience within the roll call threads.

  6. You should contact C&A by phone well before the cruise and get your husband linked to your C&A account. Make sure his new C&A number is on the cruise booking. Then he will be gold for the cruise too, and be listed on the invitation. I believe the children have to cruise once in order to be linked with you.

The girls most certainly can go with you.

Sorry that I have such a wimpy message count for being on the boards for only 13 years! ;)

    Thanks for the info!!
