  1. I’m sure they would love to be better staffed. Unfortunately this industry is sink or swim. They could also work smarter not harder, and have better upfront communication and self-booking options. This cuts down on calls to reps.
  2. The communication has been very poor — extremely long hold times, unclear emails, inability to rebook other than through a form. They should have devoted more reps to being able to work with these customers, maybe even a dedicated phone line. Not definite yet, but pretty sure we’re going to go for the refund. Unfortunately, cancellations like this seem to be a much greater risk with Virgin versus other cruise lines. Too much risk when we’re also making transatlantic arrangements snd extended time off work.
  3. Virgin, so is this correct? Get 200% FVC Then, use that FVC to book a 2022 cruise at anytime With 2022 cruise booked, you'll also get a Access Key for a 2022 voyage So essentially two cruises in 2022?
  4. Neither do I, I wish that they would explain it a little more clearly. It sounds enticing, but I want to see how it would practically play out.
