Its been happening to me for a few weeks now.:confused:

Can anyone from the US recommend a rolling bag that is compliant with Ryanairs cabin baggage policy? I'm having issues finding a bag that is 20cm wide!

The size requirement is 55cm high 40cm wide and 20cm deep. We bought our cabin sized suitcase in the US.:)

Thinking about using CBM tours and want to find out how large the groups are. They have a three port combo. Also, out of Rome is it a little complicated to get to the train station to meet them or not? Also, do you think you received a great overall tour or did you miss some key sites.

It can be a bit of a long winded affair getting to the train station for the Rome trip, however its very doable. The earlier you get the ship transfer to the port drop off area, to get the local bus to the train station, the quieter it will be.

We were met at the station and given our BIRG tickets for the days transportation. We used the train,metro and bus during the tour.

We were very happy with the tour and we covered most of the main sites(we think). You will be escorted for the whole day and supplied with headphones.

Our group was approx 12 travellers from the various ships in port that day.

In Naples we were on an average sized coach, but the whole tour was a great day out. We had Gus as a guide and he was amazing.

They did not offer Florence and Pisa on our last two cruises, but I would book with them for this tour if we are ever in that area again.:)

We have used, Cant be missed, for tours in Naples and Rome, we were very pleased with both tours.

Mine isn't showing either and quite a few others have reported that their cabin has disappeared including people who chose an allocated cabin number, hopefully the glitch is fixed soon

We dont sail till September and just checked my account and the cabin we booked is now not showing either.

The drive along the amalfi coast is very scenic but could seem along time depending how old he is. Sorrento is beautiful but you only get a couple of hours to experience it. Pompeii was very interesting, once again a couple of hours spent there with a guide. Its was a very good day tour especially if you get Gus as a guide.

We have been on the epic twice and on both occasions we have used cant be missed tours, once in Naples and once in Rome. Both trips were excellent and very good value for money.

We used this company in october http://www.bagsandgo.com/en/ they are in the cruise terminal luggage pick up area.

The 14 day is showing on the uk website, its showing kusadasi as a port, however we are on this cruise and our itinerary is now showing us visiting santorini twice.

Le Bistro hands down, on our last cruise we had udp and ate here 5 times. We even cancelled 1 of our reservations at cagneys as we preffered le bistro better than cagneys.

Sorry I know this question will have been asked before but I have gone back through 31 pages, and am getting confused, so wanted to ask the good folks here on cc if you have any info with regards to the below question.

We are booked on the jade in september and I am trying to book our return flights. Jades itinerary says we dock at 8am but flight home is 1135am, can we make this flight?

We will do self disembark, if this is allowed and we are ok with our own luggage, flights are to the uk.:)

You can use UDP in the speciality restaurants, including moderno etc but not in the full a la cart restaurants like the sushi bar. As indicated above if you have UDP not SDP the upcharge items are included as well.

So the probs we had with our last epic cruise didn't put you off then;)

Did you book direct with ncl this time?

I also wonder why is showing on the usa and europe web sites but not uk.

The price is very good though.

that's what is says in the info on my TA's site as a perk. I had to pay the 18% gratuity on it for both of us.

We had the UDP on our 14 day med cruise in october, and my understanding of it is you can eat in any restaurant as many times as you want or more than one each night, but doesn't include a la carte. We ate in the speciality restaurants 11 nights out of the 14 and le bistro was our favourite.:)

We have the UDP on a 14 day cruise next year as part of NCL's promotion. Is there a limit to the number of times we can visit each restaurant with no charge? I haven't looked closely as to how many restaurants are on the Jade but hope that we can just pick a restaurant each night if we want (subject to availability of course).

We were on the epic in October and had the UDP, we ate at all the speciality restaurants and must agree that Le Bistro was our favourite. We even cancelled a reservation at Cagneys to swap it for Le Bistro. In total we ate at Le Bistro 5 times. :D

I am trying to check in for my October Epic cruise. When I try and enter my date of birth, it says "wrong date format" as I haven't entered the month as February instead of 02. However, there is no way of entering the month as February. Can anyone help?

We are on the same cruise but we still have not paid yet so I cant try my NCL. USA do dates as month/day/year maybe that might work.

You need to go to roll call and find the date that matches your sailing on Anthem.

Hi - have onboard credit from booking, can it be used for the tips at end of cruise?
