I want to add that while in the YC, you do not need to present you ship card / YC wristband when ordering drinks. Also, I have never seen our butler as much as I saw him on our most recent sailing in May 2023. The same cannot be said for the 4 Haven sailings that I have taken. I would highly suggest that if you're considering sailing in the YC, you do so sooner rather than later. It is only a matter of time before MSC's prices catch-up to the amazing product that they offer.

Similar to the above comments, this will be ship dependent. The spa attendants will not come hunt you down after your 60 min is up. I would use your diamond pass and see if you find it worth trying to talk your way into using you mom's pass. It's pointless to negotiate your way into using 2 passes before knowing if you will actually like the spa. Which ship will you be sailing on? I can answer specific spa questions for Seaside, Seascape, Seashore and Divina.

Good afternoon Tracy, sorry for the delayed reply. All you need to do is contact MSC and they will help get things sorted out. The problem arises when you have a booking that was made prior to your status match being completed. Same thing happened to me and a quick call to MSC got things fixed. MSC also honored the Voyagers club discount and issued me a credit to the card I used to book. I hope this info helps!

Just had MSC status match HHonors Diamond to Voyager Club Diamond on 04/19. Seems like MSC values HHonors status a little more than some other loyalty programs. Good luck!

Good afternoon all, I completed the status match form on April 19 in the PM. Woke up the next morning to an email confirming my Hilton Honors Diamond status matched to Voyager's Club Diamond status. The process was quick and easy.
