Does anyone have an idea how I can contact HAL in Oz? I really don't want to be making international phone calls to sort out a problem! I have just received TWO "do not reply to" emails from HAL, one cancelling shore excursions, and the other canceling Dining reservations...."because we have cancelled our booking"?? Well NO we have NOT cancelled our booking, it has been paid in FULL. Any ideas?
