We have another sunny day here, three in a row😲 We must be heading for some sort of record!
Went out for a meal yesterday with the members of a club OH belongs to, and won a bottle of Prosecco in the raffle☺️ One of my other numbers also came out of the hat, but I asked them to redraw the prize.
Hair dresser is coming to Mum's today, so am going round there to get my hair cut as well. Will also check Mum in online for our cruise next week.

Another bright sunny day here today. Two days in a row!😲
Washing out on the line, instead of having to dry it indoors or use the dryer.
Going out for a meal tonight, but nothing else planned.

Is that the kids club?
It is quite dull and damp this morning but mild.
Happy St Patrick's day to all our Irish friends, my granny was 80% Irish, they called her Iris.
It does sound like it.
That is three of the evenings entertainment in The Headliners Theatre!

Good Morning,
Hope you're all well.
I've just logged into My P&O to book dining and entertainment. The entertainment is very uninspiring. One of evening we have The Sooty Show and on another couple The Kids Party Live!
Hope you all have a good Sunday.

My baking is still in the process of coming together.
After my trip to Truro this morning, it has been a bit like Piccadilly Circus, as it is OH's birthday. First one daughter called in, then my eldest daughter. My eldest son followed shortly afterwards, all with their partners and then another daughter arrived bringing my granddaughter's school blazer with her as well, to see if I could mend it, as a matter of urgency.

Dull and damp was the start of our weather here, then misty. My son requested a lift to Truro as it was raining, the rain turned torrential resulting lots of standing water. I called in at Tesco on my way back, as I wasn't going to go out again in that, and bumped into my daughter (literally). Now I'm home the rain has stopped, for now. Typical!

Morning everyone,
Another damp day down here but fairly mild at 11c.
OH birthday today. Got visitors tomorrow so plan on having a baking session, but need to take a trip to Asda or Tesco first, other than that nothing planned.
@Peanut006 I hope you have a great cruise. I'm on countdown to mine now☺️
Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Good morning everyone, it seems quite in our house this morning as our dogs have gone to the dog sitters, hubby has gone out for a walk by himself this morning.
Josy, just read about your eventful day yesterday, fingers crossed all is well and that you get on your cruise.
Final bits of packing today for me then to get my eyelashes done and take my mum out for coffee and final bit of shopping.
Have a good day everyone
Michelle
I hope you have a great cruise.
As you know we were supposed to be on this one too, and I was looking forward to meeting up for a promised drink, but we cancelled as Mum decided that the flight would be too much for her.
We are on the following cruise instead, so please leave her nice and tidy🤣

I haven't seen or heard anything about this. Mum has a manual folding wheelchair and we are due to sail on Arvia on Easter Sunday, 31st March.
-
We do not have the option of travelling to the port by coach, so always travel up to the port, or airport if flying, the day before.

A dry day here.
I was not well last night with a migraine and slight chest pains. I called 111 who said that a doctor would call me back, a very nice lady doctor called back at 2:10 am by which time I had gone to sleep and the chest pain had gone so she suggested seeing my GP this morning.
I had an appointment already arranged with the optician at 9am so had to arrange my GP appointment for 11am. I now know that although my prescription has not changed I have signs of a cataract in my right eye but it doesn't need treatment at the moment but I did decide to order new glasses, as I do ever year, but they aren't likely to be ready before we go on holiday. I then went to the surgery and saw the senior nurse practitioner who suspects an angina attack so I now have an appointment for an ECG followed by an appointment with the GP 25 minutes later to review my medication because although I had the same medication it was a different brand and for some people the brand can make a difference because of ingredients that are used in addition to the drug to build the actual tablets.
I have had to call our travel insurance and pay a small amount to cover my "undiagnosed condition". I really do badly need our planned cruise for my birthday.
I hope everyone else is having a better day.
Sorry to read this. I hope everything gets sorted and you enjoy your cruise.

Hi all,
A dull and breezy day here, although very mild for this time of year.
Yesterday next door had some work done on his house and it has been discovered that the ridge tiles need repointing, so that work is now being done and it sounds like we have elephants on the roof. I was feeling headachy when I got up and they are not helping!
Meeting a couple of friends for coffee this morning, but other than the normal chores nothing else planned.
Hope everyone has a good day.

We had difficulty getting served drinks on Azura in January.

When on Brtiannia there were seven of us in three cabins all linked, next door to each other and we too also had different boarding times.

Morning everyone, hope you are all well.
A nice mainly sunny day here, with temps into double figures. Will need to make the most of it as rain is forecast again for tomorrow.
Had visits from three of my daughter's yesterday bringing presents of chocolates, flowers and wine.
Check in details became available yesterday for our Arvia cruise at Easter. We have a 3.30pm check in, so quite a bit of hanging around in the afternoon!

Morning all,
Bright and sunny but the sky is looking very dark out the back.
I went to bed early last night as I was cold and shivery, but got up a couple of hours later for a few hours before heading back. I still don't feel right, so am thinking of taking myself back again.
Hope everyone has a good weekend.
