Not sure what is happening. I am assigned late dining on our reservation online. When I click edit, I have the option of selecting your time dining. I do that and it shows I am on the waitlist. When I log off and check again, it shows me back at late dining. Is this a bug with the site?

I have to know what op thinks business casual sweat pants look like. (Obviously there is no such think) I am sure this is a joke.

We will be traveling with the kiddos. 4, 7 and 15.
What would be a good family friendly place to have dinner? We are looking for something that has a new orleans flare... nothing too expensive either. (Around 15-18 a plate).
We will be staying in the French Quarter area. (St Christopher).
Thanks all!

Great video. Thanks for uploading it

35pp x2 and $25x3 sounds too much to me. Honestly, we tend not to eat off the ship. I am not comfortable with food safety.
-
I am unsure where to start. We are cruising in 2 weeks. My wife and I do not drink. We were looking at the autoprogreso technotel for $35pp. We will have our three kids (15, 7 , 4).
Is this worth it, considering we will not drink alcohol?
In Cozemel we do mr. Sanchez...Do they offer "a la carte" type beach resorts like this in Progresso?

Can our party of 5 carry (2) 12packs in one rolling duffle?
-
Cool vid. Its weird that you block your face, but the kids are showing.

doesn't say anything about hieght. Are you suggesting this company because you know first hand they accommodate vehicles with a rooftop carrier ?
-
We are going to be in new Orleans on the 20th. (Wow! It's 3 weeks away).
Where can we park with a roof-top carrier on our minivan? We parked in the terminal before, but never had the carrier on.
Has anyone visited new orleans and parked in a garage with one of these? Any recommendations?

Is that an old tube TV I see in the cabin? I thought they updated those on the Triumph.

I don't want to make this political. But really? Why do people worry so much about what other people do. I feel we are loosing our way.
-
No, you're not even close, way off. Do not compare ship's food to your local restaurant prices. Some people make gluttons of themselves, other's do not. Otherwise it doesn't matter. One Carnival ship uses more food in a day than some restaurants use in a month. "Purchasing power" and economies of scale come into play here.
The bottom line: A cruise line like Carnival probably budgets $12 per day per person. So, 5 people = $60 per day, or $300 for the entire 5 night cruise! Trust me, you did not consume $1250 worth of food.
Sorry to burst your bubble on this. :D
Okay. Where is this restraunt that serves food to me at cost?
-
I think you guys are going overboard. I am a light eater. So are the wife and kids. But we still eat 3 meals a day. I am not suggesting getting all the food you can. I am just saying.... 3 meals a day (at a restaurant) cost more than the cruise fare. Would you guys agree?
-
I know my family eats more than the cruise fare in food. Our most recent booking was 225 pp for a 5 night on the triumph. I figure 5 nice dinners/5 breakfast is at least $250 a person. That's not even including lunch.
-
I know Carnival said they would "accommodate" late arrivals for staggerd check in. Has anyone actually arrived late? We currently have a 10am check-in. If we arrive late for unforseen reasons, what will happen?

I think the reason the ocean view cabins have 2 showers is because they have a larger area to work with. Since the window is bellow the edge of the balcony and the hallways line up.
This looks to be the case on the Triumph also(from what I can tell from the deck plan. Are these rooms larger than a standard balcony?
-
On our past cruises on the Dream and Magic we had an ocean view cabin for 5. Booth times we had 2 showers. Does anyone know if the Triumph oceanview cabins have this also?
-
I am worried our minivan will not fit in the cruise terminal parking garage. We have one of those large plastic shells on top. We cant fit in any of our local garages.
What are our options?
-
Is it the same lobster tail served in the MDR on formal nights?
-
Is it the same chefs cooking it? If not, is it of the same quality as the steakhouse?
-
I understand that you can order steakhouse items in the MDR. Is it the full menu, or just selected items?
can anyone post some of the options available?
Thanks

How much extra cash is acceptable. What's the least, what's the most I should give?

I'm so confused.
In your other post, you say you booked directly yourself and that you are embarrassed to tell your PVP.
Now you say that your PVP is possibly giving misinformation regarding this upgrade.
Which is it?
If you booked directly, and your PVP is getting nothing from your booking,,,, why in the world would you still expect help from him?
I booked myself via the website. I was speaking via email to the PVP the week prior.
Triumph dry dock and a question
in Carnival Cruise Lines

I am looking at April 2018 also. When is the Triumph going into dry dock if not these dates?
