So you have no problem with Uncle Albert?
Not when it comes to a customer being upset at staff for their mistake i dont. Albert made a good point that customers shouldnt look down at staff, especially if they are trying to help and are busy.

No kidding!

Are you kidding? Eat? Jeez! I wear my bathing suit under my clothes, and hit the pool! Get a frozen drink, call my "stuck at home friends" and gloat a bit...and then I'm in the vacation mode!
We eat a late breakfast so we don't have to partake in the feeding frenzy.. Not sure why getting on a ship means eating!!!
rule number 1 skip breakfast the day of the cruise, you will eat enough. :D

bravo to the OP great thread. I dont normally get dessert but on board i cant help myself.

I find a very condescending, arrogant statement. You don't know what kind of education and/or skill they might possess. I'm sure those "non-skilled job workers" just love waiting on someone such as you.
thank you , this is the point, in todays spoiled its all about me world. Customer service is an awful position. Treat them as you would anyone, besides that "unskilled" front desk manager could be the GM and be making 4 times what you make.

nice review so far, this is the sort i like to see on RC those who know style and class.

Nobody's yelling.
But was it really that hard to walk on the ship and fetch a tablet for someone?
Especially if they new exactly where it is.
It comes across as very lazy....
Its not hard , however im sure they were quite busy boarding their next set of punters on the ship and getting it prepared. All i am saying is you shouldn't look down at them as being unskilled, They would be doing the person a favor by fetching their left item.

I like the difference in people that sail royal Caribbean. Not snobby at all , but maybe a bit more tactful.

keep the middle you will sleep better and less noise also. a big plus is no matter what side your on you can get to your cabin quickly in the middle

And the troll has already been taken off of cruise critic......again....

Don't let the "front desk clerk" bother you.
I find there are a bunch of non-skilled job workers out there who think that they are in some sort of a power position.
I dont think it would be ok to in turn yell and treat them poorly simply because they are just a "front desk clerk" without skills as you say.
First things you do when you get on board?
