Hello, excuse me for the odd question: on Princess ships, on rainy days are there umbrellas available for guests? Thank you!

Hello, My FCC expired in January, but I didn't receive any check or refund. I cannot find any email address for the FCC Office, is there one? If possible, I would avoid an international phone call for this.

We too had port Lecturer Julio Delgado on our Greek Island cruise on the Ruby in 2013, it was very interesting. If you cannot attend live, it is repeted on one of the TV channels. Don't miss it!

we were in January at the Quality Inn & Suites Airport Cruise Port South, in Stirling Road, you just need to pass under the I-95 and then go right, there are lots of shops.

thank you Sharon!
algebralovr, expensive was 80 $ for one week. I Have an unlocked phone, and a prepaid sim for calls from abroad. I only need internet access, i have found online a At&t sim with 3gb data in 90 days at 49 €, or tmobile 1gb in 30 days for 29 € but i need to buy or rent a mobile router.
The international option of my italian sim has a daily cost of 5 € for the first 20Mb, 10 € for additional 80mb. I can buy a mobile router and a data sim for same amount or even less...

Hello, we will be in Fort Lauderdale and then Orlando for one week, from Dec.28 to Jan 4. I need to be connected to the Internet even when on the road, last year I got a rental phone together with the car, but it was a bit expensive. Is there a place where I can rent a Mi-fi (mobile router) or a phone, and maybe preorder it online? And if you have suggestions for what to do on last year Eve in FL it will be appreciated.

many thanks to all of you! in the end, nothing different from a B2B in Fort Lauderdale, like we did in January with Royal Princess? I thought it was different for passengers arriving from a transatlantic.
-
Both
Thank you mmckm. But on the first stop, both groups of passengers (desembarking and staying for one more cruise) will pass the same procedure, or there is a simplified procedure for passenger in transit?
-
Hello, which is the procedure when arriving in Fort Lauderdale from a transatlantic cruise? We will not desembark from the ship in FL, we will stay for one more week for a Caribbean cruise, when will we be checked? at our first stop in FL, only at desembark from ship at our second stop in Fl, or both?
thank you very much,
Vittorio

Need day car for late flight out of Fll. Rented with Alamo. Boards say there is funky shuttle bus to pick up at PE. How frequent is it on morning ship disembarkation ????? Do you need to confirm or reserve ride????? Direct phone number for Alamo FLL office.
last january we rented a car with dollar, there is a shuttle bus for major rent companies, free, not reservable, we did not wait too much, maybe 15/20 minutes?
royalcruz.......can you answer this question??? -
hello! which is the best way to go from Port everglades to south beach? is there a bus or a train?

My wife got the offer too. She turns 50 in July, but we're only cruising in March and October. So, our TA called up and got her the $50 credit on both March and October cruises. We just checked and the credit is already showing both both cruises. Not a great credit, but still, we'll take it.
Maybe the promotion is only for US customers?
My wife will be 50 in June and we will be cruing in one week, but have not receive any offer (we have not received a stateroom yet as well, maybe we will receive both together?)

Yes it was completely free of charge, and very easy to use: no waste of time nor paper. Thanks for the info. Most lines with interactive systems charge a fee for at least some access in order to offset the cost of the system. I assume the Costa interactive system was completely free like Princess' with no surcharge of any kind to use any portion of it. -
Princess is owned by the Carnival Corporation, not the cruise line. I don't think any of the lines owned by the Corporation have interactive TV systems. I think Princess is the first. Carnival Corporation is implementing new Internet technology throughout all their brands.
I was on Costa Fascinosa in 2012 (owned by same Corporation, and made by same shipyard as Regal/Royal Princess) , it featured a complete interactive TV system, from your cabin (or from one of the several kiosks in common areas) you could reserve excursions, treatments, check your account, receive messages. I don't remenber if you could also check the menu or contact other staterooms.

How do you apply for the free bottle of wine? :D

thank you Paul & Steve, I got an reply from Princess through my TA: " technically everything gets terminated at the end of the cruise, however, when you are purchasing your internet package on board if you explain that you are doing the back to back crusies, they can possibly work with you so that it will carry over"
thank you very much!

You can find visual informations on railway an metro stations here: https://*******/maps/CEnUP
if you know in advance which day you will go, reserve in advance with either Frecciarossa https://www.lefrecce.it/B2CWeb/search.do?parameter=searchOutputViewer&cFID=K0dkqOn820iw or Italotreno https://biglietti.italotreno.it/Booking_Acquisto_Calendar.aspx you can save a lot of money.

As of October Princess has changed the procedure in that they will not issue a new cruise card if you are in the same cabin. We did 6 B2B cruises on the Golden and had the same card for all six. Yes, they had different booking numbers.
Hello, with the new procedure, you can continue to use your internet credit, or you will loose all your unused minutes at the end of the first cruise as before? Thank you!

Thank you BlueHerons, Luckily this time I was able to do most things well in advance, I already have tickets, but not on the front rows, I will be up up there with the pigeons...
Parking at the Arena is very limited.Unless your tickets include parking, you are going to have to park off site.
If you are not averse to using public transportation, Metro Rail is an option.
This is what I do for Heat games.
I go to Hialeah Park Race Track and Casino.
Park for free at the south side of the property near the Metro Rail station.
Take the train to the Overtown station.
Its a three block to the AAA.
You can see the arena from the station.
The trains run till midnight.
The casino is open 24 hours.
Thank you fireofficer5, that's a good alternative. It is not possible to book the parking at AAA? If it is full, can I park on the side of the street or it is not possible?
