They said they are locked out of my account

My wife and daughter's cruise docs are still there. Called NCL and they said this is weird. Show up with your itinerary and they'll let you on. 😃

Cruise Docs are gone again. I took a screen shot of them but I have a feeling it’s Gonna be an interesting Saturday morning. 😁

That’s awesome. My daughter would eat from Shanghai every other night. I didn’t think there would be room service for that. Will definitely look for that.

The edit check in didn’t work for me. It brought me to this. When I called he said it was “locked up” whatever that means

1. Where the hell are they able to get Blantons for a cruise ship. 2. How the hell can they think Woodford Reserve, which you can get for 35$ is premium. But good list.

Called them and they reset it. They claimed “sometimes the system locks up.” I now have them. Thanks for the advice.

Thx. I left my cruise consultant a text and voicemail. He hasn’t got back to me. Tomorrow I’ll text him and tell him I want to add something. He’ll call back in minutes. 😁

My cruise is Saturday and I haven’t received any cruise docs. Should I start getting concerned? Haven’t cruised in a few years and maybe they changed the procedure and we don’t need them.

I’m hoping I get some use out of it. I went with the cabana for the extra 89$. Kids are off from school in NY so I’m expecting it to be packed. Figure if I can use it two hours a day just to have some peace and quiet, it’s worth it.

So I called my cruise consultant and asked him to cancel the passes I bought online and give me a cabana instead since it has the extra pass and was only 89$ more. Only problem is I have two rooms. My son is staying with me in one balcony cabin and in the adjoining room is my wife and daughter. He said although the extra pass is for your roommate, since my son is too young I can go to the shore excursion desk in board and just have them add my wife to the vibe access. Hope he’s right. 😬

Judging from the videos I saw, I don’t think I necessarily need a cabana. You can’t people watch with those things. Although it may keep the wind out.

Just read this thread and I said screw it. So I booked the vibe for myself and my wife. Gonna be on the Getaway during President’s week. Pretty sure it’s sold out. We’ll see if it was worth it. As of right now yes but I'm sure once we get closer to the cruise they will cancel. Fully expect this to be a cruise to Orlando. 😃

It happened a couple weeks ago. I just figured they were sold out. Thanks for all the responses.
