  1. We live in Montreal and dont understand why NCL would use Montreal airport if you are ending in Quebec city! Its over a 2 1/2 hour drive!  We have been to Quebec city before driving there. They should fly you out of Quebec city! Montreal airport is a disaster now with Air Canada. I have family that works at the airport and for AC. They are understaffed and overbooked so lots of flights are delayed. They are also still doing random covid tests. Also luggage has been an issue as well with being lost. All this due to Covid with lack of airline staff to deal with the over flow of people travelling this year. They have cancelled lots of flights because of this so be careful.

Personally I would never allow a cruise line to book my flights but thats just me. Good luck!

Where did you read about a pool? There are no plans for one as far as I have been told.  Perhaps it was nothing but speculation……

in any case, right now Equinox has neither

Right here on CC one guy said he cruised the Equinox and was told that and a few others here as well mentioned it.

  3. Hi trying to decide if taking the  perks are worth It? I’m not a drinker my hubby will have a few. Huge price difference almost 1400. How much is the unlimited wifi for 14 days and how much is the speciality restaurants for at least 4 times? When choosing the sail away do we choose the room? Don’t need the shore excursions.Thanks.

  4. We did that cruise last year and it was one of my favorites. There was always something to do during the day like lectures and afternoon shows. You will love it.

Thanks, how were the sea days, was it cool or sunny and warm enough to tan the first or second sea day?

  5. Has anyone cruised to Hawaii from Vancouver? Pros, cons would be appreciated, please. Its the month of September 10 day cruise with 5 sea days on the Solstice ship. Will we be bored for 5 sea days and is it rough the waters? Flying home from Hawaii. We would probably stay in Hawaii a few days after the cruise.

  6. So we did it we put a deposit on our first Celebrity cruise! With the promo running now with choose you’re perks and a low deposit we decided it’s time! We have cruised with Norwegian for many years and decided we wanted a change. So please let us know the difference between Celebrity and Norwegian? Looking forward to feedback and advice, thank you.

  7. Hi we are in our mid fifties and looking to switch from our regular cruise line which is Norwegian. We are interested in a March cruise and liking the ports this ship is going to. Can you tell me please average age on this cruise line for the month of March, hows the entertainment and food and so on? Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

  8. We booked this cruise as well and we fly in the week before so flights were cheap but we are from Canada. We booked a mini suite hoping for the Haven upgrade as well, but after reading these forums lots of people were saying haven for Thanksgiving will sell out so we changed our room to the cheapest haven spa room and now there is only 1 left! We cruised the Getaway last year and booked a mini suite hoping for haven upgrade and after final payment of course most haven sold out! We were disappointed but still had a fantastic cruise. If you really want haven if you can book it right away chances of getting it with an upgrade bid might be hard this week. Good luck.

  9. If you intend to cruise before March 31, 2017, currently there is a promotion you can use two and it isn't just for Europe cruises. We used two rewards for our cruise this March on the Breakaway. Hope this helps.

I called 3 x times they told me no the rules have changed since October only 1 per cruise and I bought mine in December.

  10. We usually cruise Norwegian and have cruised the Breakaway before. Our last cruise with Norwegian we found it was just okay, the food and service was lacking. We have cruised with RCCL many years ago and thinking why not try them again. Has anyone cruised both ships to give me a good comparison? Thanks.

  11. Sure, just grab a cab, usually $20pp for all day and go to West Bay Beach. Tabyana is there as is Bananarama and others. It is all one big, long, beautiful beach with wonderfully warm water and great snorkeling (if you like that).

Last time we were there, there were tons of NCL beach towels....and their owners.

You can get a good idea about this if you look on Google Earth. Do a search on both Tabyana and then one on West Bay Beach, Roatan.

Thanks but will it be hard to get a taxi back to the pier? are there plenty around?
