I am on my last day of a 7 day Alaska cruise on the Solstice and can confirm that I wasn’t charged any extra in Luminae. The Decoy was priced at $17. The only place where I paid extra for drinks was the World Class Bar where the following drinks were $19: - Azteca - Violet Hour - Zacapa Old Fashion I did order a Zacapa Okd Fashion while in Luminae and wasn’t charged extra.
