  1. I noticed an e-ticket on our flight on Air Canada for our August Alaska cruise. I entered the 10 digit number into Air Canada website. It came back "ticket number is 13 digits". At least the booking number comes up with our reservation!
  2. That is the way it should be, but in our case, E-Z Air would not honor our original price. The airline changed their schedule, leaving us with one hour connection both ways. I checked E-Z Air website. There is a connection with 3 hour layover, so I requested a change, but was quoted a higher price. I questioned E-Z Air's price guarantee. The rep said, there is not guarantee unless the air was paid in full. I beg to differ with the rep. In the past, the price was always guaranteed. I guess, now it isn't. You must take their alternative flight to be guarantee the price.
  3. It looks like Alaska Air and Skywest use more than one terminal at SEA. We will probably change our flight schedule closer to departure. Alaska Air update their schedule quarterly. Air travel used to be so much less stress! In our 30+ travel within U.S. and overseas, we have never missed a flight until last June.
  4. Thank you for the info. Skywest Airlines is a regional airlines used by Alaska, United, AA and Delta Airlines to YVR.
  5. We are flying Alaska Air to SEA, then Skywest (Alaska Air partner) to YVR. I don't believe Alaska Air flies to Vancouver.
  6. We originally had a flight with 1 hr 40 min. layover until Alaska Air changed their flight schedule. I looked into E-Z Air for flights with 2 hour layover in SEA, but those flights are costing $650 extra per person for business class. At this time, I'm not willing to pay those added price. I'm pretty sure the flight schedules are going to change again (cruise is August, 2023), hopefully in our favor.
  7. Thank you for the info. There are number of airlines flying from SEA to YVR. Last resort will be Amtrak. I'm keeping a positive attitude.

  9. Sorry, I typed the incorrect Vancouver Airport code. It should be YVR. Anyone know how to edit the subject line? We are on Alaska Airlines SAN to SEA then Skywest (Alaska's partner) from SEA to YVR (Vancouver) We are travelling one day early. From our own personal experience, booking E-Z Air is not a guarantee that you will board the ship. Last June, flying three days earlier, our flight from LAX to LHR was cancelled TWICE. E-Z Air could not find a flight to get us to Southampton port in time. They refused to book us a flight to the next port in Norway. This cruise is to use the FCC from the Northern Europe cruise. We will keep our fingers crossed that everything will go as planned.
  10. We are flying from SAN to SEA to VAN in August, 2023 for our Alaska Cruise. Our original connecting flight booked through E-Z Air for SEA to VAN had 1 hour and 40 minute layover. Now the flight only has 1 hour and 10 minutes layover. We are not familiar with SEA airport. Is one hour enough to make the flight to VAN?

  15. Thank you for the information. It's strange that Princess EZ Air has flights available from 11:30 am. The ship does dock at Whittier at 12:30 am, but I doubt anyone is going to disembark before 6 am. .We are booked on a 2 pm flight, so we should have no problem.
  16. I'm looking at Princess itinerary. It states Anchorage (Whittier) Alaska 12:30 am. I'm sure none of us will be disembarking the ship until early morning , (6 pm?). I know the travel to Anchorage is approximately 2 hours, but Princess E-Z Air has flights available from 11:30 am. We are booked for 2 pm flight out, so if we leave by 9:30 am, we should be fine. Thanks for your help!
  17. We are sailing Vancouver to Whittier in August, 2023. The ship dock in Whittier at 12 mid-night. We have booked a shuttle from Whittier to Anchorage airport. Anyone know what time the shuttle leave Whittier? Are there more than one time schedule?
  18. We are on the Majestic Princess in August 2023, Vancouver to Whittier. We have booked the Princess airport shuttle to Anchorage Airport. Anyone know what time the shuttle leave Whittier? What time should we booked our return flight?
  19. We only had the future cruise deposit applied, was planning to pay the balance this week. Unfortunately, my daughter is starting a new job in December, so this was sort of a "congrat" present. She can't take any time off until 2024. We are asking for a refund/reversal of FCD.
