I talked to the food manager on the Breeze in January. It WILL be rolled out to the rest of the fleet during the next 6 months. The Breeze should have it on its current sailing.

You must claim each prize over the irs limit, I think it is $1200. most prizes were not worth that much. It is not considered a comp. I talked to th customs agentt specifically about that point. I assume the next ultra cruise will be in November or December, with invites going out in August. I was given a free interior but the bigger shooters were given balconies and cash.

I attended the ultra cruise in December on the Sunshine. 200 invitations were sent to Premier cruisers at random 143 attended. The usual premier perks were given and every night 19 names were selected to choose prizes worth at least $200. You picked a numbered ball and won the corresponding prize. Prizes included ipads, iphones, computers, gift cards, expresso machines, and other nice gifts. the best prizes were a 60 inch tv (7 given out) and a trip in a grand suite up to 12 nights(15 given out). A couple at my table won both the tv and the trip along with $2400 in a rollover snowball raffle. The cruises also included paid excursions and spa treatments. Just have to be lucky to get the invitation. Everyone seemed pleased with the cruise.

muster station for all conquest ships for the disabled is the cigar bar aft on deck 4, just across from the aft dining room.

the bunk bed in these cabins cannot be used because the ladder would come down on top of one of the twins no matter how u configure the beds.

with Carnival it is called luggage express. Available in most ports but there are time restrictions. if you are cutting it close you may not be eligible, especially from port Canaveral if that is your arrival port with the sunshine. there also are only certain airlines that participate. good luck

no change on 3 card poker odds. Freedom also went to 6/5 odds on the premier cruise last week. also tripled the number of 25 dollar tables. could not find a seat at the 10 dollar tables while the 25 dollar table sat empty or had only one or two players. vented my anger at the pit bosses who claimed that vegas has done the same. but vegas has 5 times the overhead of a ship casino. dealers also get screwed on tips when blackjack occurs since they get only one to one tip.

I called and asked when I had my free cruise thru the casino and was told no other perks could be added. But I knew the casino host from other cruises and got a steakhouse dinner and free drink card for the casino.

I just returned from the Breeze in a cove balcony and it was the coolest room I have been in my last 30 cruises. Ave. temp. was about 68 degrees

you will get the immediate benefits. unlimited free laundry, meet the captain event, steakhouse dinner. you must request the free upgrade or free 3rd person but it doesn't have to be on that cruise. I believe u have a year on that one. everything else is also a platinum benefit.

there is no premier desk. check in as a platinum and your premier info will be in your cabin. there will be a cocktail party at 5:oopm on sailaway day for further premier instructions

1. yes There is music at the ocean plaza deck 5. Could be rock, latino, or country. Don't know what time it ends, probably midnight.

2. Formal nights for the 8 night southern will be 1st sea day and day before last sea day. Could be altered by itinerary.

3. Fruit can be found on deck 10 Lido aft opposite the pizza station from 11:30pm to 1:00am.

4. Don't have that and the menu may be changed by next year.

5. Movies on Lido deck most nights unless there is a deck party At least 1 or 2 deck parties per cruise

On my last cruise I talked to a Canadian who told me Delta will not accept Luggage express for international flights, even if they stop in an American airport first. I don't know if that applies to your case.

I talked to the hotel manager on the Breeze in early February and the concern was the 8 night cruises to Aruba. Too much fuel used. No final decision had been made but he sounded like there may be a change on that itinerary, which I think is one of their best.

Yes I did call and made a booking and was assured that the casino cash offer was $900, almost 4 times what I have been offered before.

Interesting to note the change in 2444 on the Victory. When I stayed in it 7 or 8 years ago it had only one twin but had room for a second one. I am glad it now has 2 twins but I agree it will soon become a higher class of cabin.

I got an email on the offer today. Prices for cabins are very high, but they are upping the ante in Casino cash. It is hard ti refuse $900.

NCTRIBEFAN is absolutely correct about those 1A cabins. Don't believe the garbage about the website specs. These have always been 2 twins on the floor with an unusable upper bunk. I have stayed in these cabins many times.

I used luggage express on the Breeze for my Feb. 1 cruise. But I had to ask for the form at guest services. They said they were still working the kinks out of the procedure but I had no problems with Delta.

That grill opens at 11:30pm till 1:00am and serves hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and ham and cheese sandwiches. No chips or french fries that I saw. But it does have fruit and cookies.

I believe the earliest reservation time is 5:30pm

I was on the Freedom last week in the back of the main dining room and every meal was completed by 7:30ish. No problems at my table.

I have been told that the upper is never used since the ladder cannot be used because of the 2 twins in the room. The configuration of the room does not allow the twins to be separated.

The descriptions in the above threads are incorrect. They definitely have 2 twins on the floor with an unusable bunk. 6393,7345, and 8357 are all the same. 2 twins on the floor. It has been verified by many on this website many times. Many of the PVP's are unaware of the mistake in the written descriptions.
