  1. Just got back from Freedom of the Seas. Due to an early flight home RCI would not allow us to book their transportation. Booked with Cortrans and I highly recommend them for anyone needing transportation to/from port. We had an 8am pickup, they were there early, we left right on time and they got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Friendly and professional and cheaper than going through RCI and you don't have to wait for 50+ people to load on a bus. Thanks to the people on Cruise Critic who recommended them.

  2. I had to cancel recently due to the person I was traveling with having a medical issue that prevented them from traveling. I cancelled excursions right on the website. I called to cancel the actual cruise because I wanted to find out how to go about getting the insurance taken care of. Royal Caribbean provided me with an letter stating the portion that they were refunding and the portion that was being put in for insurance. Then they gave me the number for the insurance and I called them and they emailed the paperwork to submit. They were very nice and completely understanding. Good luck to you.   3. Freedom of the Seas says it arrives back at Port Canaveral at 6 am. Flight is at 11:45 am and I have transportation coming at 8 am. Royal Caribbean wouldn't let me use their transportation because my flight is before 12:30 pm. Just need reassurance that my plan is okay.

     

    Got the only direct flight home so it's the difference between 3 hrs of travel and 7 or more.

  4. I booked online and had rewards points applied for free companion fare. I was so excited because they finally updated my balance. Then I made the mistake of going in and making a change to the bed configuration in the cabin and sure enough, once I hit save, my balance jumped up higher than it was when I first booked. I called and spoke with a very nice lady that apologized and after about 45 minutes and 3 different departments, my balance was fixed. She told me there have been many problems when changes are made through the website.
