I wonder why they would make the beds so short. My husband is over 6 ft and will not fit on the bed properly. We sail in 11 days first time on the Epic.

No one recommended sea world? We're leaving on the breakaway 11/12. Traveling with toddlers 4&5. Was thinking sea world. Just wondering why no one recommended sea world.

Sea world is a day trip in my opinion. It would take a full day to enjoy the park. I think there is a place that does airb-boat rides which is fun my kids took their first air-boat ride before the could ride their bikes. There is also the Merritt square mall not far from the port there is actually bungy jumping thing in there I see kids on all the time. I thimk they also have glow in the dark put put in the mall also at least they use too. If you want to go into Orlando there is tons of stuff to do on international drive, lots of kids stuff.

I'm waiting also my sailing is 11/25 on the Epic I'm currently in an aft balcony hoping for a Haven courtyard suite or Haven spa suite. I'm happy people are getting their bids excepted it gives me hope that maybe mine will but if not may be next time.

We didn't have a TA we booked directly though Norwegian so I know it wasn't a thank you Thank you gift or Bon Voyage gift. I'm thinking based on the comments to this thread that there won't be any goodies waiting for us this time unless we buy them ....which I'm fine with.

Our very first cruise with Norwegian was in 2008 on the Sky. We had a balcony cabin and I remember waiting in our room when we got there was a bottle of wine and a plate of chocolate covered strawberry's. We didn't buy anything they were just there. Do they still do that?

We were on the Sky in 2008 we loved it, small ship was clean and food was good. Wow love your pictures of Cuba, its as if time stood still.

Good luck! We were booked in an aft balcony and went into the bid process with the same mindset! We ended up getting upgraded to the aft penthouse for only 1200. We sail on Dec 30th and are over the moon excited!

Congratulations, we sail November the 25th on the Epic. I literally check my email everyday but as soon as I find out if NCL excepts our offer Ill post it here.

We got an offer to upgrade about 2 months ago but we ignored it. Last weekend we got an email for Upgrade Advantage we made an offer on 2 Haven suites, we'll see what happens. We bid higher then the lowest allowed amount but not by a lot.... We are currently in an Aft Balcony.
I'm starting to get excited I would love to be in a Haven Suite but never really thought about booking one. The way were looking at it if we get it then it only cost us an extra 1200 if not then more money to spend on vacation. : )

We are on the Epic next month and we chose dining and beverage under Free at Sea promotion. I was wondering about having a drink in the main dinning room. Would we be able to do this? Are there certain venues where we can't utilize the unlimited beverages?

The wifi for 8 days can be done by the day 5, 16 or 25 or for one price the whole cruise 25 a day getting u the best speed someone was asking about comady show there is a pg rated and more adult content usually same day.

I just went back and read previous posts and saw you are indeed on our same itinerary. Yay! So excited to see the menus. And as for the entertainment schedule, I am particularly curious when the PG comedy shows are and if they have some at 5 pm (I saw some from last year that did). A 5 pm show would really be awesome...my daughter loves the shows but also likes camp activities after dinner.

Yeah I know he has a really nice white dress shirt he bought but it is 5x so I tried to shrink it but it didn't really shrink so it went back into the closet. He usually buys his clothes from king Size but we waited to late, we ship out Friday his polos are pretty nice. Were going with that l.

I was at Walmart this evening but they had nothing for him. I could probably go to another walmart but to be honest im done we leave Friday and with work and trying to get packed I just figured if he can wear a polo then I would stop looking.

I booked the show at the advice of a friend but didn't stop to think about what kind of food they might serve. Husband is not much of an adventurous eater as I am. If any of you have a menu, or from experience it would be greatly appreciated.
