Hi.  We were on Azura recently.  Had deluxe package. I think just about everything was included apart from champagne. If you search on a previous thread Iona Live 12th August.   Posting number 55 by Paris Hilton shows the Glass House Drinks menu and what’s included on each package     Hope that helps

Brilliant, thanks, here's a direct link if anyone else is looking for it:

  2. Hey all - we are travelling on the Azura again in the Christmas holidays, last time we mainly drank in the Glass House as we preferred the drinks in there (mainly the Miraval rose and Jolly Olly IPA) - has anyone got a picture of the drinks menu from there since they rolled out the new drinks packages? I'm guessing the stuff we drink still won't be on it, but would like to be sure.

    Thanks!

  3. I thought I'd decided to go with the beach bed option, but I've just logged back into the planner and the beach beds no longer come with the loungers, only the bed itself. When I checked previously I'm sure the loungers were mentioned in the text, and were shown on the photos, but not any more.

I'm starting to wonder what else they might change between now and April :classic_mellow:

  4. Hi all - we've booked on a short Bahamas cruise next April, and I'm looking to book something for Cococay, but I'm a bit confused what the best option is. I was originally looking at a cabana, which comes with the enhanced lunch, but I also quite like the look of the beach bed (there's only 2 of us), but we are also in a suite, so qualify for the enhanced lunch on the cabana beach, and I'm assuming the beach bed lunch is just the standard one, or can suite guests get the enhanced one delivered?

I'm also struggling to figure out where everything is located to see if the beach beds are close to the enhanced lunch place - the only map I can find (from 2017) shows the cabanas (where I believe the lunch place is situated) off on the east side, but when I'm looking at the cabanas on the cruise planner it lists them as "south beach", which is where the map I have shows the beach beds and bungalows.

It's all very confusing, and the fact we're going just before the "new" cococay opens isn't helping, pretty much all the stuff I can find on the RC site now refers to the new version.

  5. Technically you could with a router, you would bet NATed so MAC addresses won't be an issue, and I doubt they will have any traffic monitoring sophisticated enough to pickup odd simultaneous behaviour. Not sure I've ever seen an off the shelf router that would allow you to use wifi as the external network, and you'd need to log in to the web portal thing, so you might have to use a raspberry pi or something similar and configure it yourself.

  6. Thanks for all the replies, the complaint is around an unacceptable private transfer, the car was filthy inside and out and not road worthy - we raised the issue as soon as we got on the boat and were assured we wouldn't have any issues on the way home, but when we got off we found the exact same car waiting for us. I emailed the concierge as soon as we got to the airport, but I want to try and make sure its raised properly as there's no way RC should be sending guests to and from the port in cars with ABS, traction control, flat tyre and long overdue service lights on, nevermind the fact the car appeared to have been fire damaged.

  7. We use a Revolut card for all our travel, load it up with whatever money you want to spend, then you can convert it into whatever currency you need using your phone, and the conversion rates are pretty much the best around. Pretty sure you can get them in the States now too.

You also get chip and pin and contactless, which I'm not sure you always get with the cards from the 1990s technology US banks :D
