1. If u are parking at port, ticket check, then drive to next stop to drop of luggage, then drive to parking hangars, then walk to shuttle bus to terminal. It seems like a lot but it is very organized. Tons of people to direct where to go. Make sure u listen and only bring carry on baggage to get on shuttle like they told u at luggage drop off. Some people tried to bring big suitcase on the shuttle and they surely fussed at them and didn' let them bring it on. Back to luggage drop off...lol:p

  2.
I had that problem in my backyard and I got a little gadget called "BarkOff" and it stopped the problem. It works up to about 20 feet. I only had barking dogs on one side, and they came to the fence and barked at me when I was in the yard .
Thanks a million! I was just telling my husband I was going to look for some sonic device. Now I know what to look for! Glad to hear it's working. I'll just get 3!
  3. Has anyone gone to the Belize Zoo on their own or through a private tour company rather than through the ship? If so, what did you do (or whom did you book)? how was the experience and what was the cost? Just wondering if there'd be a cheaper yet reliable option for going to the zoo than the ship's $59 excursion (which does include a city tour). We wouldn't mind seeing the city, but don't have to. If anyone has gone on the "Belize Zoo and Monkey Bay" tour through Coral Breeze, could you please provide review? Thanks!!

I saw a recommendation for Nacho and Cindy in Belize. I finally found them and have e-mailed them about a private tour sort of like the Victor Bodden tour in Roatan.

I will post more info once I hear back.

  4. NCL Jewel room 8566, 8590, 8592 or 8594 question

Has anyone stayed in one of these obstructed oceanview cabins?

On the deckplan these cabins are in the opposite direction from a regular cabin. Meaning the longer side of the cabin is against the hull of the ship versus the longer side of the cabin being the wall attached to the cabin next door. HOpe this makes sense.

(Basically ___ instead of |) See attached deckplan.http://www.ncl.com/nclweb/fleet/deck...shipCode=JEWEL

I am just curious about the cabin layout on these cabins.

    Thanks

    Nicky

  6. Carnival leaves from Charleston twice a year. Once in the Spring and once in the fall I think. My dad is going May 29th on the Carnival Victory. They say the ship will fill up fast since a lot of people from the northern states will drive down.

I have also sailed out of Jacksonvill, FL on Carnival. That should not be such a long drive for you either.
