so the birthday in system is wrong but they never question it or correct it from passport

I have an upcoming cruise and my travel agent went to vacation. And I notice I cannot change date of birth online. Can I call holland america normal customer service to fix the year or change the date of birth when checking in at port?

Wasn't anything special. Free cocktail hour from 5 - 6 everyday. RB said about 3 line at sail away then had a poolside Q&A for an hour. Only q's came from the co host and were pre planned.

 

Glad we didn't book because it was a "celebration", as RB was off the boat by day 3. Ship was also just over 2200 passengers. We booked a month before it was announced.

Once in a while I would get notifications from App even though I didn't subscribe to carnival internet on the iphone. Anyone ever have this happen, it doesn't happen but sometimes once a day I would get a bunch of notification from the apps but my internet still does not work but I am connected to carnival wifi for the regular app

Currently on premium plan and need to make calls to us landline but WiFi calling on apple does not work. Are there any other options?

I tried using vpn but can’t get it to work either on iphone

Currently on ship but first time on cruise ship where I am not able to get Wi-Fi calling to work. I am using visible and other are using T-Mobile but both don’t seem to work . Would appreciate if anyone got tips to get it working or if it just don’t work. I got the premium Wi-Fi internet pkg 

Anyone part of A Virgin Celebration Voyage” cruise with Richard Branson?  I was thinking of joining this cruise but i was off by 2 weeks. Anyone joined? if so how was it?

I booked four rooms and currently on princess. Each room has obc and gift card. None of these rooms have credit card on file. I plan to add my credit card on file and I will be main party responsible for charges for all these rooms. Will the gift card balances and obc be shared among the four rooms including my room? I ask guest services they said yes and even if I make a large purchase they will use all the obc and gift card balances from the other rooms before billing my card but I just wanted to make sure here

I tried the roast beef , prime rib from princesss buffet and dinner room but it seems quality is not as good as choice beef from Vons or Kroger. Seems like the beef has been frozen for a long time. The fat does not melt but usually hard other meats are fine

I redeem a couple of gift cards that look like that on my statement how does refundable option work? Can I get back cash on last day of cruise ? Or gift card again ?

Make sure to check the night before, or the morning of sailing, as sometimes they have assigned it already.  We didn’t get an email, I just saw it on my phone.

Some have reported the baggage handler was able to pull it up when they checked their luggage.

Just got an offer from Moveover for Princess from Los Angeles July 6. But how do we know if we get accepted to the offer. I have a group of several rooms and if we cancel i want to make sure it all gets cancelled and not partial. They have no number to call just an email. Not sure if agent can help either

Mine still says Statesroom to be assigned. i will be leaving July 6 from Los Angeles. Does it get assigned last minute?

I plan to bring a group of seniors and they are not tech savvy and it is a lot of work to check in for each one can I bring them to port and check in there without prior doing it via mobile app
