I have an upcoming cruise and my travel agent went to vacation. And I notice I cannot change date of birth online. Can I call holland america normal customer service to fix the year or change the date of birth when checking in at port?

So what ended up happening? Were you able to get it fixed?

Once in a while I would get notifications from App even though I didn't subscribe to carnival internet on the iphone. Anyone ever have this happen, it doesn't happen but sometimes once a day I would get a bunch of notification from the apps but my internet still does not work but I am connected to carnival wifi for the regular app

Currently on premium plan and need to make calls to us landline but WiFi calling on apple does not work. Are there any other options?

I booked four rooms and currently on princess. Each room has obc and gift card. None of these rooms have credit card on file. I plan to add my credit card on file and I will be main party responsible for charges for all these rooms. Will the gift card balances and obc be shared among the four rooms including my room? I ask guest services they said yes and even if I make a large purchase they will use all the obc and gift card balances from the other rooms before billing my card but I just wanted to make sure here

I tried the roast beef , prime rib from princesss buffet and dinner room but it seems quality is not as good as choice beef from Vons or Kroger. Seems like the beef has been frozen for a long time. The fat does not melt but usually hard other meats are fine

I redeem a couple of gift cards that look like that on my statement how does refundable option work? Can I get back cash on last day of cruise ? Or gift card again ?

Just got an offer from Moveover for Princess from Los Angeles July 6. But how do we know if we get accepted to the offer. I have a group of several rooms and if we cancel i want to make sure it all gets cancelled and not partial. They have no number to call just an email. Not sure if agent can help either
