Will be in Mykonos for a long day off a ship and was wondering if any hotels offer a "day room." Not the day use service like St Johns has, but a room just for most of the day.
Thanks!

If I may round a bit, that is $ 1,000.00 per night, which is not unusual for an SA (per room)
-
So I guess that I am suppose to be really upset for the $28,000 we have paid for 28 days in a Neptune????
-
Throw them overboard.
-
Then let them ban scooters also.

Holland America Line is a business not a religion.

Bump. Per this CC Link: http://www.cruisecritic.com/memberreviews/memberreview.cfm?EntryID=532268
"Friends were in the Neptune Suites, which struck as as much smaller than on other ships and perhaps not worth the uncharge on this vessel."
Anyone have any experience?????
-
It is a very average Marriott, unless you are staying in a Neptune suite. Then it is like a nice concierge level Marriott, but with better concierge service.
-
So if it exists, where is it???

Kdam on April 15 itinerary changing to: Nafplion and Rhodes, Greece, and extended our call to Piraeus (Athens) to an overnight stay. Used to be Overnight in Istanbul and another stop in Kusadasi. It does show on Hall website now...

With the comments that some room sizes are different on the K vs other ships any comments on the size of the SA on the K????

I never felt that there were too many elevators. Why not have 4 less elevators then? It seems to me to fit the overall cheapening of the product that is the issue. And oh, aren't the people who are complaining about the complainers...complainers?
-
Every one who complains is a not necessarily a "complainer." There can be many things that go wrong on a ship. Some others have higher expectations than others.

Received our 100.00 credit after paying 500.00 deposit on a cruise booked this spring:).

15 Baileys a day:D.

Because I hate being nickled and dimed. Just don't even charge to board then. Pay as you go. This does not only apply to food, but apply it to entertainment and other aspects. I would pay for better entertainment, I do not have that option aboard HAL...

I am VERY HAPPY with the new rule, but it still does not go far enough!

Using ship wifi is terrible. hard just to send an email, let alone Skype.

For us, they offered to replace our 22 day cruise with a 14.

The letter also said "Due to increasing demand for more Alaska cruises",
but the people in the redeploy department in Seattle state, correctly, that it is due to the DECREASED demand in Europe (i.e. people are afraid to go to Europe.
There are no good substitutes for us, after 3 hours on hold, we are still trying to figure it out...

Anybody with a direct number to ashford???

Going to alaska

Lets just bring back smoking on airplanes with similar policies as Holland America. No problems, no safety issues.

We have a back to back, TA trip with a Med add on called: "22-DAY PASSAGE TO SPAIN & MEDITERRANEAN." Does this second embarkation day allow another possibility of bringing aboard 1 more bottle of wine per person (without fees)?
Similarly, does this provide another opportunity to get additional discounts, such as internet deals, wine package, etc, that you can get on the first embarkation day?
Can I purchase unopened beer/soda, at a bar, to take back to the room?
