Does the drink package apply everywhere on the ship including restaurants? This might be a silly question but I just had to ask :)

Has anyone here had a vow renewal while on a cruise before? I was quoted $499 and thought that was a bit expensive. They call it a "Private Vow Renewal". I wasn't given any other options and was wondering if there is anything less expensive? It will be just me and my DH, no guests. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Not all birth certificates have a raised seal. They can also have an engraved seal, an embossed seal or be printed in special types of paper...or any combination of multiple features. The word "certified" doesn't mean anything..."certified" is redundant with the word "certificate" in the term "birth certificate".
The requirement is that it has to be an official government-issued birth certificate...as you say, not something issued by a hospital.
Thanks for the replies everyone!

Just making sure, that my husband won't need a passport if we are traveling from Miami, FL around the western caribbean and then back to Miami, Fl. Don't want to renew his passport and spend extra money if it isn't needed at this time. He does have his birth certificate (New York) :)

Can someone please clarify what the benefits of the Posh passes are? Pool, jacuzzi? Not sure what they are for?

Hi We had a bathtub in our mini suite. 10257 Starboard aft
Used it most days on our recent Trans Atlantic, along with a fantastic powershower. Bed was next to the balcony as well.

Hi! We have this exact cabin assignment for our cruise in March. Did you notice any noise or anything not ordinary in this cabin? Thank you for your reply :)

My TA was able to upgrade me from a guaranteed balcony to the category guaranteed mini suite because of a price drop :) I use United Cruises (United Airlines) because they were offering miles per dollar as a promo and their prices were cheaper to begin with also instead of booking with NCL directly. If the price drops again, I will call them again.

Can any one tell me about mini-suites on Deck 8? Or more specifically, cabin #8050? I booked a Mini-suite gty and wound up w this cabin. I've heard that the balconies are viewable to those decks above. I was also concerned with the amount of traffic that might be passing by at all hours of the day and night. Any and all replies are appreciated. Thank you.
I was also researching Mini suite cabins since I am still waiting assignment and your cabin is covered. The ones that aren't covered are some of the balcony rooms on the 8th deck, not the mini suites. Your cabin is also by the stairs, the lifts are a few yards away I would say. I don't think 8050 is a bad cabin. Looks good to me. Hope this helps. :)

I know on ships that I have sailed in, u the past that, the dress is more casual being that it is the first day, and not every has received their luggage. Is this the case with Le Bistro?
