I agree with Phillygwm. We've ate at all three on several different ships and have only really had one poor experience total over the years. Service is over the top at LeBistro and quality of the food is overall the best. Cagney's still might be my favorite because I just love their menu and it is a little more relaxed the the other two. Ocean Blue has been great and we've had some misses. My recommendation would be to eat earlier than later there. The times we've had hiccups have been at later reservation times. With that said, I will never say anything negative about NCL's Food and Bev staff. They bust their butts for an amazing experience day after day! Side note, probably my favorite dish all time is the pan seared tuna at Onda.
