  1. Kind of like a soufflé. Some people says its like bread pudding but my experiences with bread pudding is that they are gross This is not gross. Its a yellow/white cake mostly with some chocolate in it. And they have this vanilla type of sauce that goes over it to make it gooey. Its pretty good- not my absolute favorite.

I like the black forest gateau (its like black forest cake) or the amaretto cake much better. And funny, because I am not really a cake person.

As far as my other favs- they may have changed the menus since I last travelled but I like:

Apps- spring rolls, several of the soups, stuffed mushrooms and the SAUCE from the escargot (I could not wrap my head around actually eating the escargot itself but the sauce is like shrimp scampi sauce).

    Mains- chateaubriand, short ribs, lobster

Thank you for the answer! That does sound yummy! I will have to try it next year on my cruise!

    • Do you know where your passport is?
    • Set up appropriate alert with your financial institution for your credit cards
    • Verify hotel and flight information
    • No' date=' really do you know where your passport is and is it valid for at least six months?
    • Make sure work email is cleared out, and that there is adequate coverage while you are gone from work. Put in the correct out-of-office message on your email and phone (as if anyone pays attention to it)
    • Make sure you bring home the USB charger, extra cables, and that USB battery.
    • Seriously, do you know where your passport is and is it packed in your carry-on luggage?
    • Print out a hard copy of the check-in documentation as well as store a PDF copy into a online storage such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive
    • Scan a copy of the front page of your passport
    • Make sure you have a set of earbuds handy
    • Honey, where are our passports? We got 'em. Good, I can relax.

Hahahahaha!!!! I only laugh because about a couple months before we leave I always have dreams that we get to the port and I realize we don't have our passports! I wake up in a panic. ;p:'):')

  2. I bought from them for the first time yesterday... I received the egift card in my email approximately five minutes after completing the purchase. I then went to the carnival website and used a portion of the gift card to pay for one of our shore excursions. Everything worked as planned...no problems....

Awesome! I had never heard about them before. Thanks for Sharing!!!

  3. I have bought them multiple times and have used them for cruise payment, cruise cash, excursions, you name it. Only had a problem one time , quick call to Carnival customer service took care of the glitch.

live on the edge! go ahead and buy some! 10% is still a savings.

Thank you very much! I went ahead and bought one (for now). I will save wherever I can!!:D

  4. Take the Arubus

http://arubus.com to any beach. 4$ for a round trip or $10 for a day pass. My wife and I did it a couple of weeks ago and it worked great. We got the day pass and went to Arashi beach and spent a little time shopping at a little strip mall across from the Hilton.

    Thank you. That would work!

  5. In Dec. we had this hotel call us a Yellow cab. What a mess. Waited about 15 minutes and FINALLY one drove right past the hotel, never went up the driveway, and then just drove away! The airport shuttle driver saw this and asked if we needed a lift to the pier. He had to charge us the $8 pp, but we had the entire van to ourselves. Very good service - typical of this location I have found.

That's crazy of the taxi service! Thank you!

  6. Taxi - $13 - $15

    Hotel Shuttle $7 or $8 I can't remember

    Uber - around $6 - $8

We're staying in Sept. again and will use Uber no questions. Much cheaper and can leave when you want vs. waiting on shuttle.

Thank you! Makes sense to me!
