My hubby and I are going on our first cruise together (I have been on 1 prior in 2001) and will be on the Sky on Oct 19, 2015. I really enjoyed reading your review of her and the Sun. I feel like I am reading a book and getting to know the characters. It is awesome. Do you remember what they charged for the professional pics that you bought? Just trying to plan ahead! My hubby and I booked our first cruise together on Oct 19th to the Bahamas as well but we are going through Norwegian. Couldn't pass up the promo they had for free Ultimate Beverage Package. We will be counting the days down together... 206 days left! LOL

$199 was the price on our recent 3 night non-peak (January 23) Sky cruise.

I booked a small Cabana for my Oct 19, 2015 cruise on the Sky. It was $199. DH and I decided to book it after reading all the posts and seeing the pictures. We can't wait to go! His first cruise and my second. :)

Embarkation photos are in the $15 range and photos taken in the Atrium are around $20. I know that packages were available on the Gem and believe that they were offered on the Sky but that was a long time ago.

Hi everyone, DH and I are going in Oct 2015. We have a balcony cabin on the port side 9016. I was wondering if it mattered on this specific destination if starboard side would have better views? Any other advise would also be appreciated since this is our first cruise! [emoji3]
