They are terrible. I reserved a cart paid in full and got my confirmation. They canceled me the day before while I was on ship, so I had no way of knowing. They gave my cart to someone else. Do not use

DO NOT use Paradise Cart. We did.. I reserved a cart in January and paid it in full. Got my confirmation so figured I was all set. Showed up to pickup my cart, they had cancelled it the day before. No reason just cancelled. We were on the Mardi Gras on a full ship. Not another cart to be found. There are many other companies use them.
