  1. YW! Right now, this is one of our top 2 vacations ever and we are in day 3 of 14. We are sailing YC and have loved the shows, food, workers are great. Zero complaints so far. Met good people.
  2. They are adding them as we sail this week. We had wreaths show up on our doors last night.
  3. MSc has no excursions in Grand Cayman for any itinerary
  4. We use apple AirTags to track the bags. Helps with peace of mind. Also makes it so you play the where’s my bag game with the tracking app.
  5. Got the email 3 times for our upcoming trip in 2 weeks. Last email I got was this week asking 11k pp or 4500 pp for the bids….
  6. Issue was with the app and checking that we entered all the info and got all our check marks but the app didn’t translate it correctly in the backend and some dates were missing…
  7. Been trying that for the last week and it gives an error message. Calling my ta today to see if they can email them to me. in the other hand they are probably tracking my online activity cause after I posted the first message I got an email about my upcoming trip. The conspiracies are real… they are listening. 🙂 No papers though
  8. On the seascape in 2 weeks and have not received the papers to print. Not too worried as we are checked in and have the digital boarding pass. But would like to get those bag tags before heading for our trip…
  9. Sorry you got stuck in what I would say is the upper dungeon of the ship. Glad we had the means to switch to the YC cause that was the only decent balconies that where available for a 2 week one.
  10. That’s a bummer… thanks for the info. Doing YC on a B2B Seascape for our anniversary in Dec. and would have been nice. Will just steal some from the arrangements around the ship and make a bouquet for her…
  11. Does MSC sell flower arrangements pre-cruise? I’ve purchased them before in NCL but do not see an option on the MSC app.

  13. We were on the NCL Epic in April and can attest the food and service is not what it used to be. Felt like the same food every day and was just OK. Only good thing in the buffet was the Indian food section, the rest was very meh. Le Bistro food was great. Moderno was below OK. The service was what let us to try another line. We booked a 2 week in the Seascape YC in December to see if MSC service is at least something that will make us come back.
  14. Never said she did a bad job, just the bare minimum. Tipped cause of guilt of being in Le Bistro, I guess…. Our next meal was at Moderno and the service was worse. We received the sides by the time we were done eating. did not tip… my wife has a theory that makes sense to me. Since the service charge was introduced it feels like most employees might not feel that they have to go the extra mile for service. since most everyone pays for this, given the few that take it off. Now there is no incentive to do more than the bare minimum, other than being a nice human or hustling for the cash tips. We booked a 2 week cruise in December on the MSC Seascape YC to try it out. Might cruise again on NCL in a few years when maybe they have restaffed to the levels that will support their prices.
  15. We were on the 4/14-4/22 Epic sailing. Our second time on this ship. We left very disappointed with our experience on the ship. First night in the MDR we never met our waiter, the manager ended up taking care of us when she noticed we have not had anyone come over after being sitting for about 25 minutes. Funny thing is that the waiter assigned to us kept looking our way but avoiding us. At Le Bistro, where the food was outstanding, our server did the bare minimum to interact or take care of us. She was only friendly and chatty when she saw the cash tip I left her. Half the meals we had in the MDR or O’shehans were not that enjoyable when one of us would get their meal first and eat by themselves while we waited for the entree for the other… I know the crew members are overworked, but so are the rest of us. My expectations are not paying for something and accepting lesser service because the cruise line management does not know how to manage people. We decided to try a new line four our next trip and see if there is anything better out there for the same cost.

  17. Hello, we booked this suite for our anniversary trip and I cannot find pictures or reviews. Any info would be appreciated.
