I wonder if the 50% is on full cruise fare or cruise fare without NCCF's. I still don't see a chnge to my 7/8/19 sailing on-line although others have seen a change. When I go in my cruise planner it still shows Havana. Wondering what the July 8th port change actually is.

I am set for a July 8, 2019 sailing on Majesty - 5 nights with 2 in Havana. Went on my cruise planner and it still shows Havana on shore excursion page. Maybe they are making their way through the sailings in date order. 😪

We are flying in to Papeete fron Honolulu but they only fly once a week. The flight gets in at 9:30 pm and the ship is scheduled to leave at 11:30 pm. Will I be ok. It is the only choice without coming in a week early. 😳

I checked into global entry, but the center for Houston is only open M-F so with drive time over there, I would have to use a full day of vacation for enrollment. Between my cruise and family obligations, I will have all but 2 days of my yearly vacation allotment used up by July. I'd rather save the remaining days in case something comes up during the latter part of the year that will require taking time off.
Not sure where in Houston you are, but you can also go to the Houston Library. They are pretty good about the appointment times they make and if you are close, maybe you could go on lunch. My entire appointment took me 15 minutes. Soooooo worth it. I've used it about 8 times already in the 2 years I have had it not to mention all the TSA pre-checks!

I have a question also, we are on the March 18th sailing. Does anyone know if we could make the Saturday Night 11:50 sailing rather than Sunday return. We have to be at work on Monday. I have heard the sailing actually gets in on Saturday. Anyone know?

What about tequila? My husband is very particular and prefers Don Julio. Any chance of getting that?

We did the Arosa cruise of the Danube 3 years ago. For the most part it was great. They dropped you right in the middle of beautiful towns. Meals were all buffets but the food was good. Only 2 excursions were included in English.

To be clear if you book you do not automatically pay gratuities unless you book MY Time Dining. You must prepay gratuities if you book My Time Dining. You can prepay gratuities if you book traditional dining. I usually do so my trip is paid before I go. If not Royal will add the gratuities on your shipboard account and you will pay upon disembarkation. You don't pay double gratuities for my time dining you just prepay them.

The actual policy is that you may carry on 2 750 ml bottles of wine per cabin. Wine in luggage can be confiscated. Some ships will just make you go to the naughty room and pick it up. Others actually will keep it. We have seen both happen and they have pointed to the actual policy.

You can ask your cabin steward for wine glasses in your cabin and an ice bucket to chill white wine. We do on all our cruises and never an issue.

I don't see anything on their Facebook page. I called a Royal and they said they are not honoring it. No will try again tomorrow.
-
I called today and was told even though I have the original flyer from ta that they would not be honoring this for anyone as it is subject to change. Ridiculous. Just ridiculous. The flyer has been available for over 3 weeks and they just realized their mistake???
-
Just got off the phone with Royal and was told they are not honoring the special to buy an Ultimate drink package and get the Royal Replenish for free. Evidently marketing made a mistake back in May when they produced the flyer and sent it to Travel Agents and now that people are booking the realized that wasn't what they wanted to offer. They only wanted to offer the soda package. Why bother? I wasn't even going to get a drink package but this offer made it compelling. My husband doesn't really drink but he likes the frozen nonalcoholic drinks so it would have been a good package for the two of us. He doesn't drink soda. I'm most annoyed that my husband who is a to hit the flyer 3 weeks ago and sent it to his customers and now he has to explain that Royal is not willing to honor it. Doesn't look good for Royal or the agency.
-
I have the flyer as well. Which is it??
-
It is the Royal Replenishment Package not the refreshment package as some have said. If you buy the ultimate drink package you get the replenishment package which includes the non alcoholic frozen drinks plus soda free.

You can book the kids by themselves as long as their room is near yours. Across the hall or adjoining. We usually get our kids an insidde room across the hall for just that reason. Then you could have put your kids in the inside room and there would have been no problem. That being said, why don't both rooms have the same drink package and the 18 year olds. Have them switch the names ont he reservations so that you and your wife are in the one room with the good drink package and the kids are together and just make sure the room with the kids are across the hall. You are allowed to do that. Problem solved.

We saw Hairspray on Oasis? Wondering if they have a Broadway show currently on Indy and if you need to reserve tickets ahead of time?
-
You must carry the wine on. That is the new rule. Two bottles per cabin as long as the guests in the cabin are over 21.

We have gotten them as gifts on a few group cruises from our TA which is my DH. Lol. They look different than the ones they have on the ship but they have the RCCL logo. The ones they give as gifts are really nice quality. I wonder what our gift is for this summers cruise.

They have flavored water all the time and lemonade some times. Iced tea is also a,ways available.. The soda package if they have the freestyle machine and Enchantment does has a bunch of Dasani flavored waters and powerade drinks besides soda. My husband doesn't drink soda but he gets the soda package so he can have the powerades and flavored dasanis sparkling and still.

From what we are hearing it must be pre-purchased. The discount will not be available on board, but that is just what we are hearing so far. We have not seen the final terms from Royal, just the preliminary ones so far.

As your TA suggested, go to the dining room when you get on the ship. Explain to the person that is taking dining changes the situation. If all your reservations are linked for dining they may make the change before you even get on the ship. First thing to do when you all get your room keys os to check your table assignments. They may do it for you if your TA has linked your bookings even if the one booking has Mytime dining. Your TA can also email dining and explain the situation and waitlist them on the early seating which may still clear before sailing. IF that all fails, go to the dining room and the maître d can easily add two more people to one of your tables already. If you are in fact linked for dining and everyone has large tables selected, you should have room for 2 more seats at one of the tables you are assigned to. They make these changes all the time. We have a group of 30 going in August and everyone is linked and we will all be seated together in the dining room at 2 or 3 tables. We are on all of our trips together. and if we aren't we see the matre d and he fixes it before our first meal. No problem.
What have they done to your Cuba cruise?
