As someone pointed out in this thread, we have our nephew in our room as well and he is a gold. Perhaps they default it to the lowest status for all luggage tags..

Formal attire has gotten somewhat relaxed in the recent years. He will be fine.

Just curious if anyone else experienced this type of discrepancy. My wife and I are first-time diamond on this trip (I hope 🙄).

I just cant get behind the concept of prepaid tips. Its just so..illogical. Paying for exceptional service , um, before receiving such service. Almost becomes a prepaid bribe. Anyhow, I know I am in the exception column here and would get downvoted to oblivion (if this was reddit 🙂

Can confirm. I used this and they changed it within 24 hours

I originally had MTD and got our whole party of 8 changed to traditional by emailing the dining @ rcl email address. Someone there changed it pronto! and I was much obliged 🙂

I used the email address (Thanks Starry Eyes) yesterday to request our party of 8 (3 reservations) be changed from MTD (earliest available seating was 8pm) to early dining for our June 24 trip.. We have two old folks in our party and having them wait for dinner or standing in line was not going to work.. The email address worked and they immediately helped out and changed all our times to Early Traditional.

First time as a Diamond on an upcoming trip... Can one enter the lounge in the morning, fill up a travel mug with coffee and leave? Or is this frowned upon? I thought of getting my wife a good coffee every morning after waking up before we head out for the day.

How easy is it to get the MTD changed to early Seating. We are a party of 8 with two teenagers and two old folks. When I called RCL , they said they couldnt change it as it is booked out (we are 30 days out). They did put us on a 'wait list' and also said to contact Guest Relations once boarded if the wait list didnt pan out by the time we set sail. Anyone have success changing it once on-board?

Apologies if this has been posted more than once before .. After uploading a snapshot of my vaccination card via the RC app, there is a perpetual 'We are validating your records..' status. 10 days have elapsed since initial submission. Any idea how long this takes before changing status to Verified? Thanks.
